Hi! So yesterday was the 7th of august, which is Cloud/Leon day, and Saix Axel day. So I remembered this and decided "hey Alyson! Lets post something that you can read without flinching!" and here we are.
So enjoy, I personally think this is alright. I hope you do to, and tell me if there are any mistakes please.
"Hey Saix, can I talk with you a sec?"
Saix looked up from his clip board locked eyes with the tall red head that hadn't left for his mission yet. He broke eye contact and surveyed the room, pleased to find they were the only ones left in the grey area.
"What is it Axel?" he asked in a monotone, hiding his actual curiosity that often popped up during situations like this.
Axel scratched the back of his neck. A nervous reaction he remembered, it had stemmed from a when Lea had broken himself of the habit of running his hands through his hair.
"I was wondering, this may be an awkward question, but there's this thing, a memory. It keeps popping up in my mind but I can't remember a couple of details." Axel trailed off and refused to look anywhere near his face.
Saix sighed mentally and almost told him to hurry along to his mission, but a memory of another situation between Isa and Lea made him decide to help his supposed best friend.
"So much for 'got it memorised'," he muttered just load enough for Axel to hear, "what is this memory?"
Axel stared at him searchingly for a second then returned to his usual self, "Its about a bike, Lea's about ten, I think. Lea remembers hurting himself and having to wait a whole year for a new one. But I can't remember what Lea actual did."
Saix closed his eyes for a moment to help him remember. "Is this the bike that Lea burnt?"
"Uhhh, no I remember that," he laughs at the memory, "that was fun."
"Lea set the playground alight as well, not fun for the neighbourhood children, idiot."
"Yea, fun.' Saix could feel his smirk even though his eyes were closed.
"Lea was trying to jump across that giant water way." He finally supplied, he opened his eyes and recognised a thoughtful expression on Axel's face.
"Was it raining?"
"Yes."
"How bad?"
"The whole thing was almost filled to the top with water." Saix smirked at the memory of what Lea had said that day. "The water will break my fall. I know it."
Axel snorted with laughter, "Yea, I remember now. That was pretty stupid, wasn't it?"
"Yes, completely stupid. The make shift ramp made the whole situation completely idiotic however."
"What? That was a fine work of many seconds and shitty ply wood. Nothing wrong with it at all." He had the dignity to pretend to look offended and even mock stuck his nose in the air. Then their eyes met and they smirked with the familiarity of the situation.
Then Axel sighed and flung his hand to the side to summon a dark portal. "Well, unlike some people I have a job to do."
Saix raised an eyebrow at him, "Are you instigating I don't do work?"
Axel laughed at his expression, "Who said I was talking about you? I meant Demyx, for your information."
Saix rolled his eyes, checked the clipboard and smirked sadistically, "Have fun with 'Neverland." He said sarcastically.
"I'll try; the flying thing is fun though. Reminds me of that movie, what is it? Oh yea! 'I'm flying Jack!'" Axel smirked at him again over his shoulder and exited through the dark portal, leaving Saix alone in the grey room.
The blue haired man actualy chuckled and shook his had sadly, "You were always one for dramatics Lea."
