"So, Vaughnie, you gunna teach me how to ride a horse?" Claudia asked.

"Yeah," Vaughn said, leading Claudia to a barn with horses. "Take your pick. You can choose any one except-"

"I choose this one!" She said pointing to a black one

"That one," Vaughn finished.

"No. I am riding… Fury and it's set," She said.

"Fury?" Vaughn asked, saddling up the black mare.

"Yes Fury," She said, getting on the horse.

"Start with a slow trot," Vaughn said.

Time to show him who I really am!

Claudia moved closer to her horse and sped up, jumping the fence.

"Good girl Fury, good girl," Claudia cooed. She looked behind her. Vaughn was on his steed with a lasso.

"Don't worry Claudia! Stay calm!" He yelled. Claudia looked back at him and stuck her tongue out. She then thought of her old horse. She looked just like this one and rode like this one only her horse younger. Claudia was a champion horse rider on the ranch she grew up on. Her old horse, a mare as well, was named Fury. Fury had a distinguishing mark, a strip of white around her neck. Claudia then saw it. How could she have missed it? This was her Fury, who ran away from her, years ago.

"Fury?" She whispered. "It's Claudia."

Fury would stop and throw Claudia off, what Fury always did. Then Fury would smell her and Claudia would pet her.

"Fury?" Claudia asked. Then Fury did all of the above mentioned.

"It is you girl! I've missed you!"

"Claudia! Claudia! Where's that horse? Are you alright Cladia? Claudia!?" Vaughn called.

"He's my boyfriend. If you see him, kick 'em between the legs!" Claudia giggled. Fury made a neighing noise.

"No, not really!" Claudia said.

"There you are Claudia. Give me the horse, too much for you to handle," Vaughn said, pulling his hat over his eyes because usually puppy eyes followed.

"Nope, this is my Fury," Claudia said.

"She was sold to us years ago by a man who said his daughter was overly attached to her horse. Every time she said hello to the horse the horse would throw her off," Vaughn said. Claudia hung her head.

"H-he sold Fury? He SOLD her?" Claudia yelled.

"That couldn't have been you! The horse hated the daughter," Vaughn said.

"That was me and Fury's love! He knew that! He said Fury ran away! I KNEW SHE DIDN'T! I KNEW IT!" Claudia yelled. Fury came close.

"Let's show him it's us," Claudia whispered to Fury, getting on the horse.

"Fury?" Claudia asked. Fury stopped and threw Claudia off, then Fury smelled her and Claudia petted her.

"Oh my Goddess, she is yours," Vaughn said.

"Fury, after all these days, I've found you like I promised to the Goddess I would," Claudia whispered. "And boy, am I glad Vaughn is my boyfriend, for it is he who brought us back together."

Randomest one-shot ever much? It was an idea that popped into my head.
