Logan had been in a deep sleep when he woke up with a jolt. He took in the fact that his bedroom was filled with yellow light, so it must have been around noon.
That's what I get for reading so late. He thought. He stretched a little and looked across the room. He found the reason of his abrupt awakening and quickly shot up from his bed when he saw Kendall on his knees, struggling to breathe.
Logan ran over and fell to his knees beside his boyfriend. "Ken, Kendall, what's wrong?"
Kendall looked up at him, fear shinning through his eyes as he took deep, shuddering breaths. "Asth-ma-a attack." He gasped.
Logan nodded. "Okay, where's you inhaler?" Logan tried his best to remain calm. He figured Kendall had his inhaler nearby.
"D-don't h-have one." He said.
Logan's mouth dropped. "Why don't you have an inhaler?" Trying to stay calm was harder now. Kendall didn't have an inhaler? That made him scared and angry.
"H-haven't had an asth-ma attack since seven."
Logan could have slapped him right then, but he'll save his lecture for after Kendall could breathe right again.
A thought hit Logan and he instantly dove to his bed. Getting on his stomach he army crawled under it until he found a shiny black box. He pushed it out from under the bed then crawled out too.
Crawling quickly over to the box, he threw the top off and started digging through the stuff. Some old photos, a mirror, a brown and black bracelet, some weird paper and glitter thing, all this stuff just got tossed out of the box as Logan dug through it.
Finally, he saw something red and white. He quickly pulled it out and ran over to Kendall. "Here." He said, shoving the inhaler into Kendall's hands.
Kendall quickly opened the inhaler and put it to his mouth, pressing the button and taking a few deep breaths. Once he lowered the inhaler he looked at Logan. He took a few more breaths till they evened out, and then said, "Where did you get this?"
Logan shrugged. "Remember when we were like 6 and you said you hated your morning inhaler because it made you dizzy, then you threw it out the window and said you'd stick to your emergency one? Yeah, after I left I kind of dug through your bushes and took it home. A 'just in case Kendall decides to be an idiot' type of thing." Logan said.
Kendall looked down. "I'm sorry Loges. I honestly didn't think I'd have any more asthma attacks."
Logan punched him lightly. "Well, be glad I think too much of every situation that could possibly happen."
Kendall wrapped his arm around the small brunette and kissed his forehead. "Thanks for saving my life Logie. You're my Mitchell in shining armor."
Logan looked up at him. "I'm your what?"
Kendall chuckled. "You're my Mitchell. Because I'm your Knight."
Logan stared at him for a second, before chuckling slightly. "Worst. Pun. Ever."
