The piano stood alone, wooden. The night was cold and isolated, the way she felt every night.
She walked towards it, determined over nothing. She sat down on the now old and aging seat.
It was hard, as her heart.
Her fingers glided over the keys with a light touch, waiting for the right moment to express her self through the music.
She started softly, waiting for the night to speak, but of course the whole world was still, as it always was.
'Sadness And Sorrow' spilled out of the keys, into the breeze as it carried on to a far off land.
I could tell, who she was thinking about. It was obvious, in a difficult way.
The touch of his skin was so haunting, and made a chill go up her spine, but she ignored it.
She thought about him, even though it broke her heart slowly and more powerfully.
She understood, completely, why he did what he did. But it was still mostly a question for her.
But what's really the point, of love? Even the smartest people cannot figure that out.
She waited. For a sign. For something to tell her, show her everything was going to be alright.
But nothing came.
Then something happened. Something horrible but satisfying. A hand rested on her shoulder.
She turned slowly, not caring who was on the other side.
But what she saw, scared her to the bone. The chills started again. And the anger built up inside of her, came out in only tears.
'S-…Sasuke.' she whispered, now regretting she gave out her feelings.
His expression stayed the same, no smile, no frown, just an expression she will never understand the pain of.
She rised her hand slowly, reaching for his cheeck, to hold for a moment that will hopefully last.
But contact never came, just his sight blowing away through the breeze, to never come again.
The tears continued, along with the song.
Sadness And Sorrow.
