10. Azula- Eww, no way. Why was he even considering this?
9. Smellerbee- He'd only seen the girl once, when people who had fought against the Fire Nation gathered in the Palace. Truthfully, he'd barely been able to tell she was a girl. Pretty in her own way, but not his type at all. And that Longshot guy seemed awful protective of her.
8. Yue- He'd glimpsed her once. He'd asked Aang about her. Apparently she'd somehow become the moon spirit, and that he shouldn't talk about her because Sokka had really liked her when she was still alive. Even if she was still breathing, not his type, really, from what he'd seen of her.
7. Suki- She was Sokka's girl, but pretty, too. The makeup ruined it for him. It wasn't going to happen.
6. Ty Lee- She was way too hyper for him. She'd drive him crazy within minutes-heck, she already did!
5. Song- He'd visited her, after things calmed down a bit, giving her two ostrich horses (male and female) and a necklace. He felt really guilty about stealing hers, but he'd been desperate at the hadn't seen her since, and it been a chance encounter from the beginning.
4. Toph- She was way too young for him, but cute in her way and he doubted their personalities would clash too much. She was certainly not in a relationship, too, that had to count for something. But still. It wasn't going to happen. Too much age difference.
3. Jin- Maybe, if things had been different. She was pretty, and nice, and he liked her a lot. But it wasn't meant to be. He was the Fire Lord, she was most likely a very lowly Earth peasant. He hated to discriminate against them like that, but it was fact. It would never happen. He'd probably never see her again.
2. Katara- He hated to admit it, but there was chemistry. There really was. In the few times they'd been alone..well, if things had gone just a tiny bit differently, it probably could have happened. It would have. But it hadn't, and that was that. She was with Aang, and he was otherwise occupied.
1. Mai- She'd been his childhood crush, and the sparks had never died, even after his banishment. When she betrayed Azula for him, they burst into flame. Things could have gone differently, and they might still change, but for now, Mai was all he wanted and all he needed. Out of all the girls Zuko could have had, Mai was the one.
I realize some of these pairings are crack, but I needed ten. And I'm sorry if you don't like Maiko. I don't actually support anything, but Maiko is the most canon. I was trying to go with canon.
Also, I love pairing number seven. The reason? Suzuki, who can resist that? :D No, I didn't think of that, I can't remember who did.
