John has Teyla blind folded and leads her to the rec. room. As he pulls off the blindfold she can see the room filled with lit candles. There was also a blanket on the floor with a basket of food and champagne. Teyla is amazed with all that John had done and he admits that he had a little help from some of the ladies in Atlantis.
Teyla and John enjoy the food that the cook provided and Teyla giggles as the bubbles from the champagne tickles her nose. Once done with food in the basket, John motions Teyla to wait. On a table was a tray that had whipped cream and fresh strawberries. John takes the tray and brings it to the blanket. He takes a strawberry, dips it into the whipped cream and starts to feed Teyla, but some cream stayed on the side of her mouth. John leans over and kisses it off. Teyla's eyes grew as wide as her smile.
The next thing John did was put on some slow music and starts to teach her how to slow dance. As she nestles her head on his shoulder he inhales the fragrance from her hair. They dance for what seemed like hours. They finally call it a night and John escorts Teyla back to her quarters, but before she retires into her room John gives her a gentle kiss on her mouth and she returns the kiss. Teyla stops, smiles and tells John that this was the best first date ever.
