Ello, this is a one shot that I just thought of, so please, no hate.

Cato's point of view

I don't see how this is happening. Me and Clove are the only two tributes left in this stupid arena, and they decided to change their minds and only let one of us live. Me and Clove turn to look at each other at the same time. Neither of us knows what to do. "Rock, paper, Scissors?" I ask. She nods, and we both drop our weapons. "Rock, Paper, Scissors, Shoot." She says. She chooses rock and then changes it to scissors. "You cheated!" I exclaim. "No I didn't! You did!" She yells back. "No, you did!" I reply. "Let's just do it over." She says, then mumbles something under her breath among the lines of 'jerk' or something like that.

"Rock, paper, scissors, shoot." I say. "You cheated again!" She says. "Nu-uh! You cheated the first time!" I reply. "No I didn't!" She yells. "Lets just solve this a different way." I say. "And what way is that?" She asks. "We both die! Yeah, that'll teach 'em to tell us to kill each other." I resolve. "Cato, that could like, start a rebellion or something." "Don't be silly Clove, That could never happen." I say. "Yeah, I guess you're right. How about we slit our wrists?" She suggests. "Yeah, okay." I reply.

She grabs two of her knives and gives one to me. "Wait a minute, yours is sharper!" I complain. I see what she's trying to do here. "What does it matter, they're both the same sharpness." she points out. "This one's duller!" I continue. "Fine, If It matters so much, switch." She says switching them. We then hold the knives to our wrists. "Wait," I say, she scoffs. "Now what?" She asks, obviously annoyed. "You were right, that one's sharper." I say. "I said they were both the same, and they are. Deal with it." She says. "On three?" She asks. I nod. "Remember, across the street, not down the lane." She reminds me. "One, two, three!" She counts. I cut my wrist and fall to the ground. I look to Clove and notice that she's laughing, Her wrist clean and un-cut. She didn't cut herself. "Like I'd actually cut myself. Next time, don't accuse me of cheating." She says. A voice booms over everything. It announces Clove the winner of the 74th Hunger Games. She's jumping up and down in excitement. Now I know to never trust the girl with the knives.

Or Cheat at rock paper scissors. Not that I did or anything.
