Sonnet 16
Shall I identify thee an Enigmatic Ice Prince?
Whose mysterious orbs absorbs me into an ocean so deep
Whose heart so rigid leaves me in the midst of abyss
Never let me wit what's behind thine thick wall
Why do thee dearth of warmth?
When I, fulsome of the spring's warmth canst end your cold years
And start a new ambiance for thine delight.
Thou canst durst to seek me to be thine fere
And I shalt be a devoted fere until the end of time.
I shalt terry thee call me to be thine companion
And assume that wither thee goes, I shall follow.
I wist that I shalt miss the old, cold-hearted thee
But I shall never be guilty to change thee
And transform thee to be as warm as the new spring.
Author's Note: This is my first sonnet. It was derived from Shakespeare's most famous sonnet, Sonnet 18. It is with the first line, "Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?..." Though our teacher told us to use the first line, Shall I compare thee-with anything we like. I wasn't listening so I chose to write 'identify'. Anyway, I still got a perfect score. If you have any questions regarding the old english terms, you may ask me or consult the dictionary.
Oh yeah, just imagine Yuki as a cold hearted person here, okay?
Hope you enjoy and review!
