Jade had gone through a really tough time. She was losing her self esteem and she was becoming someone that Beck and her friends couldn't even recognize.

"I don't even know what to do anymore," Beck said, "I'm afraid I'm going to lose her if I don't do something. She won't even get help anymore. She thinks it will make her weak and there is a program that can help her"

"I have an idea," Tori said

"Do not say, 'kiss me,' Beck warned Tori, "That will not make Jade feel any better"

"I was thinking more along the lines of the program you're thinking about going to, that you know she doesn't want you to join because you two would be apart for awhile"

Beck sat up straight.

"Tell me more," he said.

"What if... you didn't go on the condition that she attend the program that will help her through this depression. It will give her motivation to get better.

"Tori Vega you are a genius," Beck said

"I am," Tori asked

"Yes you are," Beck hugged her, "Thanks to you I may get my girl back"

Beck walked back in the RV and found Jade asleep on the sofa.

"Jade"

He woke her up with a light kiss on the lips.

"Beck," she rubbed her eyes, "You're back"

"I never left," he said, "But we do need to talk about that. I have made a decision about the program. I may not be going"

"You're not," she asked excitedly

"I MAY NOT be going," Beck repeated

"What do you mean," she asked

"It's up to you," he said

"Then I chose for you not to go," she said

"I didn't say you get to chose," he said, "I said it's up to you"

"That makes no sense," she said

"Here's the deal," Beck explained, "YOU join the in patient therapeutic program and you sign up tomorrow."

Jade winched at the idea of joining the program. She wasn't weak. She should be able to pull herself up by her own bootstraps. She should be able to but she couldn't.

"Do you really think I'm weak," she asked softly

"No," he said, "I think you're human"

She paused for a minute considering what she said. It seemed like he may have a point.

"If you complete the program," he said, "I won't join the 4 year program. If you don't then I will. So like I said, "It's up to you" but you don't get to choose."

"Fine," she said, "You're on"

Jade DID go to the program. She graduated the program 9 weeks later. Beck was so proud of her. She was proud of herself too. She wasn't weak. She was stronger then ever.
