A/N: Two stories in one day! I must be going mad!

So, I was listening to Set Fire to the Rain by Adele and studying chemistry when this came to me :D

Hope you enjoy! It's a drabble, purely in dialogue.

"Granger."

"Hmmm."

"Granger, listen. I need your help"

"What, Malfoy? Can't you see I'm trying to read?"

"I can see that but frankly, I don't care."

"Gee Malfoy, you're so polite. I'm just dying to help you now."

"Look, I haven't come here to listen to your lame attempts at sarcasm, alright?"

Sigh. "Then what it is it that you need?"

"Your help."

Gasp. "Really? Can you give that to me in writing so that I can show it to people later? Draco Malfoy needs Hermione Granger's help. Wow."

"Are you going to help me or not?"

"Fine, I'll help you. What do you need help with?"

"Well, uh...I was listening to Adele -"

"Wait, hold on a second. Adele? As in muggle singer Adele?"

"The one and only. You can pick up your mouth from the ground now, Granger. There's really no need to gawk."

"You listen to muggle music?"

"Yes and if you are done hyperventilating about my capability to adapt to anything muggle, can we get on with my question?"

"Okay."

"Good. So I found the name of one of Adele's songs strange. Set Fire to the Rain. How do you set fire to the rain? That's berserk!"

"Uh...I really don't know what to say."

"An explanation about it would be nice."

"See Malfoy...this is something that shouldn't be taken literally. I mean, of course if I'm not wrong, you can cause a fire with water with ammonium nitrate as an oxidiser but I don't know if it's possible with rain so I guess you're right. You can't set fire to the rain."

"Ammonim nitae? What the heck is ammonim nitae?"

"It's ammonium nitrate and honestly Malfoy, if I start teaching you chemistry right now, my head might just burst."

"But I want to know what ammonium nitrate is!"

"It's a chemical compound, Malfoy."

"Okay and I am supposed to know what a chemical compound is."

"Look, forget it. Now if you've asked your question, you may go."

"Granger, I'm asking you what a chemical compound is and you will tell me what a bloody chemical compound is. Am I clear?"

"You know Malfoy, if I didn't know any better, I'd say you're awfully interested in muggles and their sciences."

"What do you know, Granger? Maybe I am."

"Is that so?"

"Like I said, maybe."

"Alright, how about this? I teach you chemistry -and other subjects if you want -for an hour everyday and you take me to Hogsmeade next weekend."

"Took the words right out of my mouth. I say, deal."

"Great. When do we start?"

"I don't have anything to do right now. What do you think?"

"Now is as good a time as any. OK, so I think I'll first start with atoms and molecules..."
