Sofia the First: Try Chocolate

Sofia giggled as she made her way up to Cedric's Workshop. The princess had a sweet surprise for her friend. She couldn't wait to see the look on his face when he tried a piece of her chocolate. She had made it during a Buttercup meeting. Of course Sofia wasn't sure if Cedric would like chocolate, true he did like those fly cakes and there was that time she saw him eating jelly beans to drown his depression but she never saw the sorcerer with chocolate! Maybe it would be a new experience for him.

Once she reached the door she knocked then entered hearing Cedric's voice to give her permission to enter. "Hi Mr. Cedric, what are you doing?"

The sorcerer sat his beaker down then turned his chair around to face her "I am making healing potion to rid of any headaches that might come sneaking in when I work, it makes me mad when it distracts me from my work, by the way, I have an extra fly cake on the table for you, you can snack on that while I finish this up then we'll get to your lesson."

"Thanks but I brought a new snack for both of us today, tell me Mr. Cedric, have you ever have chocolate?" Cedric began to smirk at the answer he was about to give he wondered how his apprentice would react to it.

He chuckled for a second then said "I never had chocolate in my entire life." To his amusement the princess gasped. How could a kid never have eaten chocolate? It amazed the girl indeed. Well, like she had thought it seemed like Cedric was going to have a new experience.

"Mr. Cedric, it's no wonder you were so miserable!" Cedric nodded but his answer didn't exactly agree to what she was talking about.

"I know, I was only kid at Hexley Hall who had gray bangs, it was a miserable time indeed." He said smiling. Sofia shook her head, "This is serious Mr., Cedric, it's has always been a rule for kids to have chocolate! It's like James and cannons."

The sorcerer smirked at her with his arms crossed. "So you think if I don't have chocolate right now kids are going to run after me and put me in the dungeon for violating a kid law in my childhood?"

"Yes, that's what exactly will happen if you don't have one right now!" Sofia said clutching his robe. Cedric rolled his eyes, pushed her off then held his hand out for the piece of chocolate. Sofia pulled out the chocolate bar, broke it in half then handed one of them to Cedric.

As he took a bit of the chocolate bar a smirk spread across his face. "How can you kids survive with all the sugar that's inside, I should destroy this right now, I shall hate chocolate, I'll… I'll have another piece princess." He said with his hand out again making Sofia have her own smirk.

A/N: I hope this was good, I'm sorry it's short though. I do happen to have a nephew who doesn't like chocolate. As I was writing this, I remembered Cedric had turned a house into gingerbread but when Cedric asked "I suppose you want me to turn the pond into chocolate milk." I yelled "Yes, do that!" I am a sucker for that drink. Please Review!
