Seriously, evangelion is set in a modern, realistic world. When you read other evangelion crossovers, mythical powers from anime like bleach or naruto clash violently with the realistic world of evangelion, which has modern technology
So some people like me can't comprehend the fic that could happened in the Evangelion universe and the fic would be rather hard to understand and enjoy
So we need a crossover of Evangelion and a modern, realistic crossover
I believe that a hitman shinji (without the bald hair) coming to Tokyo-3 and changing the timeline leading to the impact significantly,
Asuka and shinji pairing in this fic than Rei, but I can also see Rei with him

I'm sick of seeing Shinji as a wimp, everyone like a cool shinji who can handle asuka and the angels
Shortly after being abandoned by his father, Shinji was brought to his alcoholic and abusive uncle's and his whore aunt's house. However, during the first night in, 47 finishes a hit on shinji's uncle because he(the uncle) owned his(47) client. Shinji was getting abused by his whorish aunt which 47 kills the uncle. Shinji manages to kill his whorish aunt after a thought of his mother. This changes shinji forever. 47 sees this, and adopted shinji after that night, outside the organization, teaching him all of his skills to shinji.
47 later dies as a result of an incurable illness after 10 years
He would also bitch his father and seele, making their precious scenario to burn in shambles. He may also try to assassinate seele after tabris tells shinji of them before his death
The battles with the angels would be different and maybe shinji can take up a few "jobs" and "take care of business" at night in Tokyo three
