It has been a year after tirek tried to take over Equestria. Discord has been looking at his relationship with Fluttershy not just as friends anymore. How can he deal with these new found feelings with the pony that he truly cares about. And what will happen when Fluttershy finds a poem that Discord wrote about his love for her. Will she love him back? Or only see him as a friend?

My Dear, Fluttershy

I was always alone, my dear.

No one dared to love me.

Then you came along.

You broke the wall, I put upon my heart, with your kindness.

Friendship was something I thought would never happen to me.

Oh! How wrong was I.

You trusted me and forgave me, as a friend would do.

But I want more!

I want these feelings deep inside me to go away.

But they will not obey.

I do not want somepony to love me.

I want you my dear to be the one to love me.

I do not want to be alone anymore.

You see my dear I need you to love me.

Not as a friend, but as a lover.

I have fallen for you my dear.

But I will never tell you this.

For I fear that you will flee and leave me be.

That is my true fear.

Not to be turn to stone again.

But to hear those words; "I do not love you."

For you to tell me that I will be heartbroken.

So Fluttershy please be with me.

As my lover and friend.

I will always be there for you my love no matter what.

Even if you say those horrible words to me.
