so this is my first fanfic, and my first story I've ever published. so bare with me I promise I'll get better. This is going to be a slow moving romance between my original female character and Sam. I'm not a fan of the instant love connections in some fics, I feel like it's better when you can watch the feelings grow. Character Name : Rayann O'Neill Singer (only close friends and family call her Ray)

Age: 21 in the begining.. Birthday is Halloween.

Personality : sometimes has a short temper, quick witted, despite her thick southern accent, she is very intelligent. super nerdy at times. loves to read. loves to sing but has stage fright unless she has enough liquor in her system. from growing up with Bobby she has vast knowledge of cars. sweet when need be but sassy as hell.

Looks: pretty short at 5'3, long red hair, blue-grey eyes with long lashes. average build with what Dean says "legs for days and a perfect rack" she has a few tattoos including ; her anti possession tattoo that is at the base of her neck, a dream catcher on her foot, and a shot gun running from med thigh down the side of her leg. she usually has her hair either up in a messy bun or in French braided pig tails. she usually wear a pair or dark or faded jeans with holes in the knees and thigh, paired with a black tank top and leather jacket, or a band T with either her steel toe boots (if she is on a hunt) or a pair of classic black Chuck's. she always wears her silver locket that had a picture of her parents and her brother. she always has a knife on her. usually she wears contacts buy on her off time or at night she wears her glasses which are the big thick rimmed black glasses.

Rayann O'Neill Singer is Bobby's adopted niece. when she was 9, her parents (Darren and Jennifer O'Neill) and her older brother (Damon O'Neill) went on a hunting trip to Michigan to waste a Vampire nest but there were too many.She came from a long line of hunters on both sides of her family. her parents met on a hunt while living in Ireland, they moved to the states to start a new life. but once your in the job you never get out. they met Bobby and they became fast friends. Bobby was watching her while her family went on their trip. on her 11th birthday he surprised her by asking her if he could adopt her. from then on their bond was unbreakable. he became the father she had been denied. Growing up Ray spent alot of time with the Winchester brothers while John was out. Sam had always been a good friend. Dean always teased her but she knew that was his way of showing his friendship. when the boys were old enough to hunt she saw less and less of them.she would get a call here or a email there, just enough to let her know they were safe. Until Sam went to college. every few weeks they would email and check in. she hasn't seen the boy's in over 4 years. last time she saw them she was still a kid, well in their eyes anyway.
