Chapter 1

"Ah. She's there again…"

"She's so graceful, quieter than a flower but just as pretty, maybe even more…"

Hinata…

She walked looked around for a bit and then found him. Her love. Her crush. Her all. "He- hello," She said more confidently than usual. For she had found him in his natural habitat: Ichiraku ramen. "How a-are y-you doing today?" She questioned, finding any excuse to speak to him.

"That cheerful, happy-go lucky, bastard Naruto."

"Osu, Hinata" Naruto said with his usual, cheerful demeanour.

"Bastard," Kiba thought.

"Hey, do you wanna hang out with me and Sakura today? He asked causally as if it wasn't the biggest thing in the world to Hinata

"Bastard," Kiba thought.

"Oh- uh, well, if I'm not a bother…" Hinata

"Bastard," Kiba thought.

"Nonsense! Lemme just finish this Ramen. Oji-san! The bill please!"

"Bastard!" Kiba shouted. Only Naruto was no longer there, instead Kakashi had replaced him.

"Hmm?" Kakashi looked around only to find an angry-looking dog atop Akamaru shouting about something. "Sorry Kiba." He placed his hand around his ear. "I didn't quite catch that."

"Huh?" Kiba clearly looked confused; he'd been standing there for a good half an hour now. "Strange boy." Kakashi thought to himself. "He must've been with his mother for too long…"

"Oh, uh, sorry Kakashi-sensei." Kiba said quickly. "Um… did I like doze off or something?" Akamaru looked up hopelessly at his master and Kakashi looked even more so at him. "Yes, I'm afraid you did. Is something on your mind?"

"Uh, it's nothing really." Kiba regained sense of time and calmed himself quickly. "Well, I'll be off then." He began to signal to Akamaru to take him home. Kakashi sighed as he realised that his suspicions were correct. "It's Naruto and Hinata, isn't it?" Kiba looked stopped and looked at Kakashi as if it wasn't completely obvious to every man and Akamaru.

"How… how did you…?" He asked, completely dumbfounded by the sudden intrusion of his thoughts. Kakashi turned to Ichiraku, paid, and got off his stool and walked to Kiba on the opposite side of the path. "Why don't I take you back to my place?" Kakashi offered. "We'll drink some tea and discuss the two of them." Kiba knew better than to refuse his kind invitation to receive advice from one of the most handsome men in Konoha. "He must have girls fighting for him all the time…" Kakashi assumed Kiba had agreed and began walking to his apartment.

Author's notes: Yay! It's my first entry into fanfiction. I know it's short for a whole chapter but I was just really eager for someone to read this and give me their opinion on it. I might just continue with this as the first chapter or not, I don't know... Well, review it seriously, I accept all criticism.

Even more Author's Notes: Ok, sorry for the long wait but basically, I took too long of a break. The reason why I took a break was because my laptop was broken and my notes for the next chapter was on there, but now since my laptop doesnt appear to be being repaired, I don't know/ remember where this story was going and I've been too disconnected from this to even be bothered to finish it. So sorry to anyone who followed this story, your reviews were quite helpful but I will not be continuing this. I may make a new one.
