"Wait, did Gibbs said sorry like I'm sorry to you" Tim said while looking at Jules
"He didn't say that but he kinda showed that he was sorry"
"That's new, he usually doesn't say sorry especially with rule 6, never apologize, shows signs of weakness"
"Well, enough of me Tim. Tell me, what is it with you and Abby?"
"What do you mean? Me and Abby are just co workers. There is nothing to it"
"Are you sure because it doesn't looked like it"
"Well, if you really want to know. Me and Abby have been dating for some time now. We stopped dating because both of us are afraid of commitments"
"Commitments? Timothy McGee is afraid of commitments? I don't believe you"
"I am Jules. I am really afraid of commitments. She and I are in different leagues. I want her to get a better guy. I am only a geek"
"You are not just a geek Tim! Don't say things like that about yourself. You are not in a different league than her. You are perfect for her."
"Thanks for telling me that Jules. I want to tell you something Jules and you can say no"
"What is it Tim?"
"Do you want to be my girlfriend?"
"Gi-girlfriend? I don't know what to say"
"I know you don't want to Jules" He says looking down on the floor
"Sorry Tim but I don't want to start a relationship right now. Besides, I want you to have a better woman. And I am not in that category, I just let my teammates got killed"
"You're great Jules, you're smart and kind too. And that is a rare combo in a person"
"Thanks for the compliment Tim. You're the same Tim. You are also kind to me. You saved me from being killed by Gibbs"
"I had too. I don't want to see you get head slapped by Gibbs"
"You do care about me Tim but I don't want to start a relationship right now. Not right after the incident"
"It's okay Jules." He smiled sadly
"Don't looked down on yourself Tim. I need you to do one thing for me"
"What is it?"
"Tell Abby how you feel and tell her that you want to date her again. Don't be like me. I didn't took the chance when it came to me and it is too late now"
The elevator door opened and he accompanied her to her car
"Don't forget what I told you Tim. Don't think of yourself as an ordinary geek. You are much better than that. And I hope you will find your soul mate"
"Thanks Jules and I hope you will find yours"
"Thanks" She kissed him in the cheek "Goodbye Tim"
She drove the car leaving Tim
"Goodbye Jules" He whispered to himself
