Dear Diary,

Every single night, before I go to bed,

I smile in the mirror, and give myself a pat on the head

"You're looking good tonight" I smile and I say,

"You'll look even better tomorrow if there's any possible way"

I go to my bed, I kneel at the side,

I say a little prayer, the Bibles' rules I do abide

I blow out the candles and I look at the stars

I wish I could walk on the moon, or travel to Mars

I know it's hard for you to think,

I tell myself "beauty's only skin deep"

Well, it's true, but I've gotta go,

I need my beauty sleep.
