Witches Stand for Happiness
The goal of the witches is to bring happiness to the world.
With their magic they made it so that the people's favorite foods would rain down from the sky and land gently on their plates. Cups filled with mouth watering juices, pies filled with filling so good, so sweet the icing on the cake.
They granted wishes and miracles. They performed mystical dances to welcome the four seasons.
They helped others find their soul mates to cherish and hold forever in love.
And even, the most rare of the magic, they resurrected the dead for harmony and tranquil.
Many covens existed.
One of them was a seasonal coven of witches

and so on
But people fear what they don't understand.
So the witches were persecuted.
Caught, burned, and tortured
And were sentenced to death
for being in league
with the Taboo
Magic means evil to those who don't choose understand it
So the witches decided to show the fools true dark magic
Instead of summoning mouth watering drinks and food they summoned locust and disease.
They looked into the hearts of the people to see their wishes and did everything in their power to prevent it from being granted and no miracles were given.
Soulmates were torn apart and lust welcomed in.
Instead of resurrection and peace death and torture was given.
The Persecution grew higher
But this time
the witches deserved it
for instead of wielding magic to spread joy
they did the opposite
One by one the covens were hunted down
But one coven
the Haruno
Escaped persecution and death
By betraying and hunting down their fellow brethren
and became a coven of executioners
They didn't change their surname however
for the Haruno would have to stop practicing the art of magic
hence the only tie to their magical background would be their
last name
