"I'm bored," stated an extremely bored Sakura. "There's nothing to do around here." Kinomoto Sakura, Daidouji Tomoyo, and Li Syaoran were all sprawled around the living room of the Kinomoto home. It was the dog days of summer and the three best friends had seemingly done everything there was to do during the summer holiday.

Tomoyo clapped her hands suddenly. "I know! Lets play a game!" Neither of the other two were all too excited about this, but didn't object, which told Tomoyo that they agreed.

"So, how does this game go?" Syaoran asked, masking a yawn.

Tomoyo's eyes flashed evilly for a split second, but before either of her friends noticed, the evil look was gone. "Its simple, really. Sakura, you draw something on Li's cheek, and Li-kun, you do the same to Sakura!"

Both Syaoran and Sakura stared at Tomoyo. Sakura let out her trademark "Hoeee?" before Syaoran asked the obvious question, "And how exactly is this a game?"

Tomoyo grinned at the pair. "Well, its a game because you aren't allowed to see what has been drawn on your cheek until the days over. Once you've drawn what you will, we'll spend the day out and about so everyone can see them. Its really a game for me, but I think in the end it'll get rid of the intense boredom."

Both Sakura and Syaoran shrugged. Sakura went upstairs to get her markers. As she returned to the living room, she announced that since they were going to be using her stuff, she was going to draw first. "Now stay still, Syaoran-kun!" Syaoran managed to stay still even though his heart was beating faster than should be humanly possible.

Tomoyo watched as Sakura finished her drawing. "Oooh, good job Sakura-chan! Its your turn now." Syaoran leaned close to Sakura, who closed her eyes to mask her nervousness while he was so close to her. "All done," he whispered in her ear as he finished, which caused Sakura to shiver slightly.

"All right then, lets go! Ice cream, anyone?" And Tomoyo grabbed both their arms and dragged them out the door.

Later that day

"You were right, Tomoyo, that was a fun day after all. But I'm curious as to what exactly he (at this, she jabbed a finger into Syaoran's arm) drew on my face. It feels like everybody has been staring at me all day."

Syaoran just gave a sheepish grin as he pointed at her house. "It looks like you're about to get your answer. Why don't you go look in the mirror. You staying here tonight Daidouji?" Tomoyo nodded. "Then goodnight, both of you. See ya tomorrow." He turned around and left somewhat hurriedly.

"He didn't seem to want to stay," Sakura said with a slight pout.

Tomoyo giggled. "He probably didn't want to be around when you see your face."

"Oh!" Sakura ran upstairs and into the bathroom.

"Stupid stupid stupid! Why did I have to put something so obvious on her cheek," Syaoran mumbled to himself as he wandered into his home and made his way to his room to look in a mirror. What he saw made him gasp.

"Sakura gave a small gasp as she saw her face in the mirror. Under her left eye was written the word "LOVE" with alternating green and pink ink, and below that was a wolfs paw. This brought a smile to her face.

Syaoran looked in the mirror and was glad too see what Sakura had drawn on his cheek. It was a pink heart with a red outline, and written inside the heart in green was "S+S".
