This is my take on the ministry vs Harry Potter court case as I think it should have gone. This is also my first attempt at writing so pls be nice. Any constructive criticism would be nice.
As Harry was led into the courtroomby the incompetants of the ministry, he could tell this was going to be the last time he would ever be here. He decided to speak up first and put all the ingrates in their places.
"Before any of this farce of a trial can get started let me just say a few things. As I know you are going to find me guilty anyways I have just one thing to say!" "I Harry Potter son of James and Lily Potter do hereby swear on my life and magic that I did not kill Cedric Diggory. It was Lord Voldemort."
Hes was interupted by the Minister himself. "now see here you-know-who is dead that is all there is to that."
Harry continues his oath. "And as for the underage magic around a muggle the only muggle around was my cousin Dudley Dursley. Who is aware of magic and I saved his life from two Dementors Using a Patronus charm. This is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, SO MOTE IT BE." A large flash and pulse of magic rang through the courtroom and Harry was still standing there as alive as can be.
He also stated. "That I Harry Potter also swear on my life and magic that I am taking the Potter Family fortune and leaving the British Isles never to return again. SO MOTE IT BE." Then he snaps his wand in two then burns it with a lighter so it can not ever be fixed.
After Harry leaves the courtroom in shock he goes to Gringotts bank and empties all his vaults. Which includes not only the Potter vaults, but also the Griffindor vaults as well seeing he is the last descendant of Godric Griffindor. When he is done he sets up an account up in Zurich, Switzerland. Where he spends the rest of his long life living the high life. While magical Britain is in turmoil when Voldemort finally sees fit to show his face just a scant few months after Harry leaves.
When that happens the Ministry sends out missives to Harry pleading for him to return. He had this to say. "To the people of the British magical world 'YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW. And as I said before I AM NOT YOUR SAVIOUR SO PISS OFF."
