I stare at the card in my hand and everything else seems to go dark. I feel them staring holes in body, but I can't look up.
"Um are you okay?" I hear a voice say. I can't tell whose it is, eveything sounds distorted.
I try to speak but nothing comes out. Everything gets blurry around me. Then I see a hand waving in front of my face.
"Jeez, blink girl!" I close my eyes hard before opening them again and everything seems re-focused.
I can see everyones face they are staring at me hard.
"So... what does the card say?" She says looking in my eyes.
"Uh..." I try to speak, but once again nothing comes out.
I look around at all of the expectant eyes staring. Everyone seems to blink simultaneously.
I look back down at the card. Then across to her. If only she weren't sitting in front of me.
"Ugh I knew we should have played this game." A female voice says.
I hear a collection of "Yea"s and "Uh huh"s befor everyone stands up and walks away.
As I stand up to join them, I take one more peek at the card.

I drop the card on the floor and walk over to her.
She turns to me and says "So what did the card say anyway?"
"Nothing important, Tori."
