Jason was tired. He had died and been resurrected by Ra's Al Ghul himself. But all of it felt...lonely. He no longer had Batman or any of the Batfamily by his side (not even Selina, whom he had come to see as a mother figure). To be fair, they didn't know he was even alive let alone in Gotham as the Red Hood. It had hurt him a lot to find out that he hadn't been avenged. The Joker was still breathing and killing mercilessly; yet he was the one left in the cold. Selina was dead and the rest of the Batfamily had forgot about him.

They had replaced him with another boy. His own family. Like he hadn't existed. Dick, his own brother was now smiling along and sharing secret handshakes with another Robin. Hot, sharp betrayal overwhelmed him. Had he been mourned at all? Was he not worth any love? His head spun, and anger overcame him. And- finally- he let himself become filled with rage. The fact that he had died needlessly had been the final nail in the coffin. Batman (his so called father) had abandoned him in the ground and not even tried to avenge him. He let all of the criminals live- no matter what they did! But, when it came to his own son he could care less. Well...not anymore!

No longer would all of the worthless fucks and shits get to live. He would save Gotham, starting with the Joker, and after he got some help (namely from Artemis and other team members interested in finally making a change) he would clean up the streets and finally make it save for innocent people. Including the poor kids form the Narrows that everybody overlooked. Kids like him. First, he would build himself up and take Gotham back from the drug lord scumbags and then he would confront the Joker (as well as Batman) to kill him. Batman would then be unable to ignore him: he would be he forgotten son no longer.

He would make Selina proud. He would show the Justice League how to truly get rid of the villains that plagued them. He would show Batman that he was irreplaceable; he would not be outcast by the hypocrites that called themselves heroes. He would finally lose himself in the darkness...

Thank you for reading. Jason's point of view is always fun to write (he just feels so alone). Please try and review... I'll try and get the next one shot out soon!
