Disclaimer: I own nothing. Nothing. *sighs…* but they say the man who has nothing… has nothing to lose.

A/N: This takes place after the events of the Bourne Ultimatum film, generally discarding the events of the Jason Bourne film, as much as I liked that movie. I also thought The Bourne Legacy kicked ass but I don't really remember what occurred in that one, and it was kind of a standalone anyway, so basically that movie is discarded too. Just saw John Wick 3 and remembered my love and devotion for the original hardcore badass rogue assassin so here we go.

Haven't seen the other John Wicks yet though so bare with me. Also when I was writing this I couldn't remember Laurence Fishburn's character name in John Wick. I just looked it up and he is actually called the "Bowery King." I refer to him interchangeably as some variation of this character name, some variation of his real name Laurence Fishburn, or as Morpheus, as an omage to the epic part he played opposite Keanu Reeves in the Matrix.

Heck yeah, you ready?

John Wick IV: Jason Bourne V. John Wick

1—Waking Up

John Wick comes to in a hospital and spends the first thirty minutes to an hour of the movie healing, regaining his strength, and having emotional, human conversations with people, to make up for not having had a character or being an actual human being in the preceding movies… This was actually called John Wick IV because he spends the first 45 minutes hooked up to an IV.
