PROLOGUE
The story you are about to read is a tale of family, friends...and two sisters who vowed to always be together and play together. But soon, after one goes to save the world, and future, the oldest one stays behind to learn the basics of running the kingdom as the next Queen of Crystal Tokyo. Their names, were Princess Raya, born during the heat of the sun, and Princess Rini, born during the bright moonlight.
These two were inseperable and you could see they cared for each other. Raya, being gifted with the powers of the sun, while Rini was gifted with the powers of the moon, would sometimes show off her abilities to the citizens of their kingdom, where as Rini, kept hers low key. She knew that with light magic of the moon, there was a dark side to it. She remembered being a young Scout, known as Sailor Mini Moon, and fought off Queen Nehelenia of the Blue Moon, a moon that barely ever showed up.
But this isn't how our story begins. It begins on the night of Princess Rini's birth.
(SONG: "We know better" – Frozen OUT-TAKE)
The moon was full up in the night sky, as a little baby was heard crying off in the palace of Crystal Tokyo. It was a little baby with pink hair who had just been born. She was the youngest of the Neo Queen who ruled over the kingdom, for she had an older one as well.
The older one of 4 years old, however, was quietly walking into the room, with her short snow blond hair up in the same hairstyle as her mother's, only with two odangos on either side of her head and shorter pigtails, came into the nursery, smiling the whole way up to her little sister's crib. She leaned forward a bit and looked at her little sister, seeing the smile on her face. And when she opened her eyes, they were full of wonder and were red.
RAYA: Hello, little baby/you're a princess just like me/bet'cha thinking maybe/it's a pretty cool thing to be/but soon you'll see that everyone/expects a lot from you/they say that there are things a princess/should and shouldn't do... (Creates a flame in the palm of her hand, making the little baby coo.) ...but you and me/we/we know better.
~4 years later~
Princess Raya, now at 8 years old, ran through the halls with a now 4 year old Princess Rini, laughing and having fun.
BOTH: One two three together/clap together/snap together/you and me together/knees together/heat together/up or down together/princess crown together/always be together/you and me/one two three together/clap together/snap together/you and me together/knees together/heat together/up or down together/princess crown together/always be together/you and me.
RAYA: They say a princess/is full of charm and grace/they say she always/knows her place/they say a princess wears pink and frilly clothes/they say she never laughs or snorts milk out her nose/they say she's calm/they say she kind/they she never speaks her mind/or boils their Nanny's big behind (Shoots some fire at her Nanny's butt).
BOTH: But you and me/we/we know better.
NANNY: You girls are in so much trouble! When I tell your mother...!
RINI: How can you do that and I can't?
RAYA: I don't know. I wish you could though. They say a princess/is super duper sweet
RINI: She doesn't fight/she doesn't sweat
BOTH: And you never see her eat.
RINI: They say a princess/doesn't climb and scrape her knee
RAYA: They say a princess/wouldn't heat up her tutor's tea
RINI: They say she's poised
RAYA: They say she's fair
RINI: She never mentions...
BOTH: ...UNDERWEAR!
RINI: Or longs to see the world out there!
BOTH: But you and me/we...
~4 more years later~
BOTH: ...have big ideas of our own/for the distant someday when we're grown!
RAYA (12): When I'm queen
RINI (8): and I'm your right hand
RAYA: You'll get to travel...
BOTH: ...throughout the land.
RINI: I'll tell them of my sister/and the magic things she can do!
RAYA: We'll take care of our people/and they will love...
BOTH: ...me and you!
~10 years later~
BOTH: No one can tell us what a princess should be/as long as we're together/you/and/me.
(End of song)
Now at 22 years old, Princess Raya was working on become the next Queen of Crystal Tokyo, where as Princess Rini, now at 18...was standing by the sidelines. Their days of playing and having fun were officially over.
And this where...our story begins.
END OF PROLOGUE
Howdy guys! So, I know what you guys are thinking: "Rini doesn't have a sister!" Well, I know that. I created a sister for her to fit the story. I came up with this idea a long time ago and it originally was going to be an original story with original characters (Raya being one of them). But I decided, since Sailor Moon is my favorite anime of all time (as you know by all the Sailor Moon crossovers under my name lol) I decided to take this original idea and put with the Sailor Moon characters.
Rini has been one of my favorite characters besides Luna, Sailor Moon, and Sailor Saturn. And I absolutely loved her Black Lady form. I hope to one day make that cosplay. It's so cool!
I really hope you liked the prologue. It might be a while before I write Chapter 1 (or Act 1 in this case since it was a play/musical idea), so bare with me. If you have any ideas of what could happen in the story and what songs I could put in this thing, please leave a review or PM me on this site. I love feedback and I love hearing what ideas you guys could think up. So please, give me input and ideas! I'd love to hear them!
