Natsume POV
I was "sleeping" under our Sakura tree with my Manga covering my eyes.
Step. Step. Step
I knew it. She is here. Ladies and gentlemen, boys & girls.
Mikan Sakura has arrived.
End of POV

"Ne Ne! Natsume Kun! Wake up!" Mikan said poking his ribs.
Natsume turned to his side groaning and mumbling curses under his breath.
"Mou. Natsume! I got a question to ask!"
Natsume wandering what the question was slowly got up from his position and groaned once again telling her how annoyed he was with her.
"Why don't you ever smile?"
Natsume was taken back. He quickly gained composure and looked at her.
Because I don't want to get too close.
"Why should I smile for the likes of you?" He said with the iciest voice he can give her.
Does it hurt to love me? Can't you smile because you love me?
Mikan laughed. "mou Natsume. You didn't here my question properly. Why don't you ever smile?"
Because I can't.
"Because I don't want to. There is no reason to." His voice cracking and annoyed.
There is. And I know you do.
Mikan sighed and a smile formed on her lips once again.
"Smile for me."
Natsume was clearly lost at her words. He stared at the brunette wide eyed as she smiled ever so sweetly.
Just this once. For you & you only.
Natsume gave Mikan the smallest yet sweetest smile a guy can ever give. It was made him look more handsome and not to mention HOT! But yet it had it's soft side.
Mikan couldn't be happier.
Arigatou.
She gave him the biggest smile in return and pecked him lightly on the cheek, making both figures blush beet red.
"Arigatou Natsume. Smile for me more often." She said happily as she skipped off out of Natsume's sight, knowing very well he was staring at her.

When Mikan was sure she was out of his eyesight. She turned to a tree about 7metres away from the Sakura tree. She played with her ears as a tiny ear plug dropped on the ground.
"Arigatou Koko." She said as she stared at the grinning boy in front of her.
Ok. He's overly happy.
She ran over to Koko and hugged him as he hugged back.
"Well. I got to go 'study' Mikan-chan. I'll talk to you later." Koko said letting go of the embrace as he walked off holding the microphone and ear plug that he had picked up.
" oh. And by the way. After you left. I heard Natsume say in his mind"
He left Mikan beet red with a paper in her hand as she read it over and over again.

Seeing you smile is all I need to make my day full.
