Pairing: Fūdo Family
Summary: Aki and Yūsei supports their daughter at her first recital.
"She's almost on," Aki said during the intermission. "I'm in the audience and I'm getting nervous. I can only imagine what Kaida is feeling."
"I'm sure she's fine," Yūsei said. "She's with a very supportive teacher."
"I know. It's just, well, you know how Kaida gets when she's not with us. We're close enough to the stage, right? Do you think she'll be able to see us?"
"I promise she'll be fine, Aki. There's no need to worry." Yūsei patted his wife's shoulder.
The bell went off, alerting those in the auditorium that the second half of the recital was about to start.

"Mommy! Papa!" Kaida ran to her parents when she saw them in the lobby, her pink ballerina outfit flowing behind her.
Aki got to her knees and held out her arms so the girl can run into a hug. "You were so good, Kaida."
Yūsei knelt down and patted the girl's head. "You really worked hard, Kaida."
"Thank you," the black-haired girl said. She then looked up at her parents with a sad look. "But, Moma and Popa..."
It was Aki's parents, Hideo and Setsuko, that convinced Yūsei and Aki to put their daughter in some sort of activity. They thought it'll not only give her something to do on Saturdays, but it might help the girl gain some confidence.
After talking about it amongst themselves and then talking about it to their daughter, they showed her a bunch of leaflets for Saturday programs and Kaida picked ballet. It was mostly so she could wear the cute outfits, but she seems to like the program.
"They're sorry that they couldn't come see your recital. That's why we're going to give them the video of it at the Christmas party. That sound good?" Yūsei asked.
Kaida nodded. "And I can show them Mr. MooMoo?"
Mr. MooMoo is the stuffed cow plushie that Kaida is absolutely obsessed about.
Aki chuckled and patted her daughter's head. "Yes, you can show them Mr. MooMoo."
