A girl with blue hair stood in front of the mirror. She was wearing a black maxi skirt with a blue crop top shirt. Her hair was in a fishtail braid. She was packing her bags. She scanned the room for anything else she might have forgotten.

Ring ring ring

'I wonder who it is' she asked herself and picked it up.

"Hey Dawn!" came from the other side of the screen. It was a masculine voice. He had spiky black hair and brown eyes. He seemed to be wearing a black T-shirt with khaki shorts.

Dawn's POV

"ASH! How are you?" I was so excited to see him. We always talked or texted but this time it was different. I was planning a surprise visit but I had a feeling something was going on but I couldn't put my finger on it.

He chuckled and responded, "I'm fine, you? What are you doing?"

"I'm fine. I'm going to meet with my agent in three hours, nothi-" I had to lie to him. I didn't want to spoil the surprise but I was interrupted by some girl.

"ASH! Come on. We're waiting for you outside. What's taking so long?" Ash turned to the voice. He smiled and then responded with "Hold on. I'm busy."

"What could be more important than me?" said the mysterious female voice.

Was she flirting with him?I couldn't take it anymore. I had to pretend to cough.

"Serena, don't be mean", said Ash in a teasing manner, "This is Dawn, Dawn this is Serena." A girl with light brown hair appeared. She had blue eyes. She was wearing a white loose tank top with short black shorts.

"Oops, sorry," She said, "Wait, aren't you that singer from Sinnoh?" Her eyes went huge.

"Uhmm… yes." I responded with a smile.

"I love your songs! My favorite is your new single Rocket" She turned to Ash and slapped his shoulder. "Why didn't you tell me you knew , Sinnoh's beloved princess? When is your video going to be out?"

"Sorry Serena," he turned to me and winked, "We like to keep our relationship between us." Serena's eyes went huge and she gave me a look. I wonder if she had a crush on Ash.

"Well Ash and I are the best of friends." She told me while she wrapped her arms around him. Ash went red and slowly took her arms off of him.

I couldn't believe my eyes. I admit I got jealous. Why didn't ash tell her we were going out? Did he felt ashamed?

"I'm going to meet with my agent today to choose a release date for the video, Serena. Ash, I have to…uhm go, We'll talk later. Nice meeting you Serena"

"Bye," Serena said looking at me while attempting to pull Ash up.

I stared Ash right in the eyes. I was mad, jealous, and sad. I wondered if he could tell. "You're in Pallet Town, right?"

"Serena, can you please stop. Yes, Dawn you should come visit." He told me smiling.

"Maybe I will." I said nonchalant. We looked at each other for five seconds before I disconnected.

Ash POV

She seemed hurt. I don't know why. "Serena, I'll meet up with you in 10 minutes."

"Fine, but hurry up," She said before she left and slammed the door.

Gosh, Dawn seemed hurt. What if she thinks I like Serena… no. Serena is just my friend; I've known her since we were little. She's like a sister. She was probably feeling tired. All these thoughts were swarming around my head as I got ready to go to the beach.

As Dawn took her seat, she couldn't help but think about the girl with blue eyes. She wondered if she liked Ash. She wondered how Ash felt about the girl. Lost in thought, she didn't notice someone sat beside her.

"Dawn, nice to see you again," said a familiar voice.
