Asgore was treading throughout the gold flower patch outside the ruins. He wasn't wearing his usual robes and armor, rather wearing a more casual pink shirt with pants. He looked around, almost as if he was rummaging through the area. He felt something off, like a strange familiar feeling. He knew to be careful, as Frisk had warned him about a hostile monster. Soon he saw something odd. It looked like a human girl with dirty blonde hair and a pink dress. She was lying unconscious, but it didn't seem like she was attacked. She looked very familiar however.
"No…that can't be her." Asgore thought to himself. He picked her up and felt a pulse. Flinching a bit, he held her close.
"It….it is her….but….she's…." Asgore trailed off. He realized exactly who it was. Quickly, he ran to his castle and placed her down on the couch. He stayed by her side, holding her hand gently.
Soon, surely but surely she began to open her eyes. She looked around curiously and rubbed her head.
"Where am I? What's going on?" She said. She turned to see a hulking white goat-like creature, yet she wasn't alarmed.
"…are you alright Aurora?" Asgore asked the young girl. Her eyes widened when she realized who it was.
"Prince Asgore?" she asked. "Wait…why am I here?! I thought I died…" Asgore looked confused, but Aurora explained the best she could.
"Oh….well…I'm still glad I found you again Aurora…its been a while." he said.
Aurora smiled and hugged her old friend. But then she realized what she should do.
"I need to find the professor…and Luke and Emmy." she said. Asgore looked surprised at her.
"You know that Layton fellow?" he asked. Aurora nodded.
"He showed me modern civilization. And they made me appreciate humanity." she explained happily.
"Well, I could call them over here if you would like. I bet they would be very happy to see you." Asgore told her. Aurora grinned and soon Asgore gave a phone call to Layton and the others. He also prepared gold flower tea and some snacks for his guests, as he felt he had to be polite.
"Asgore, I'm here with Luke and Emmy." Layton soon called.
"Oh hoho. Well I have a surprise for you three." Asgore answered as he opened the door. The two came in.
"Wonder what that would be." Luke said.
"Same here Luke." Emmy replied.
Then, the three were greeted by Aurora. Luke and Emmy began crying tears of joy and Layton smiled.
The four embraced happily.
"I missed you so much!" Luke said crying.
After a while, everyone sat down to talk.
"Hey Mr. Dreemurr? I still wonder one thing. How do you know Aurora?"
Asgore sighed a bit, but he was willing to explain.
