Short and fluffy!
I know this is quite late for a new years fic, but i really felt like writing one so here it is, fell free to Review!
It was New Years Eve, I and Castiel where at a store lookig at fireworks. "Hey, Cas! What do you think of these?" I asked holding up a ten-pack of fireworks. Cas tilted his head to the left and slightly closed his blue eyes, looking cofused.
"I still don't understand.." he said with a frown. "Why do we need all this colourful sticks?"
"There not sticks, there fireworks" I laughed for the third time that day. He still looked confused but decided not to ask anymore. I continued to laugh as you went to pay for the fireworks.
Once at the bunker I ran to the library, where the boys were doing research to an important hunt, what I had bought for the night.
"wow! I didn't think you were serious when you told us that we were going to celebrate New Years Eve this year." Sam told me as I were putting down my bags, so I could help them get done with the work. I had been hunting with them for a little over 3 years now. When my mother got possessed they saved me and now they both felt like big brothers to me. A year later I had met Cas. I found his non understanding really funny and he felt like a best friend.
And even after 3 years with them you had never celebrated New Year together. So that's why later that night I found yourself, Dean, Sam and Cas waiting rather impatienty for the clock to strike twelve.
"Only five minutes now guys!" I called. "So when it's 12 I light this thing right?" Dean asked from his place by the fireworks. "Exactly!"
"5, 4..!" I started calling out as the others jumped in, "3, 2, 1!" Dean fired the first firework, wich was a big red one. I could see Cas staring at it lookig amazed. "hey.." the angel started. "How is it doing that?" I snickered a little to myself as I put my head on his shoulder. "I don't know, Cas" I said with a small smile on my face. "I don't know.."
You stayed there for the rest of the night, watching Dean fire the rest of the fireworks. This was by far the best New Years Eve you had ever had.
