"It's time to go." He said gravely.
"I know." She took a deep breath, gearing herself up.
His expression was grave, closed, and a little sad. He didn't look anxious, or scared, or any of the other feeing pinging about inside her.
There was a sort of… resignation to him.
Then she saw it, like a big flash of lightning, a dark stormy portend looming over him.
It was the beginning of the biggest battle of their time. The night when the fate of the wizarding world would be decided.
And Remus Lupin did not expect to be coming back.
