Two months after the winter war where Ichigo Kurosaki lost all of his powers. There was an attack on his friends and on his family. Since he could no longer see anything that wasn't of the real world he didn't know it was going on and he couldn't do anything to stop it. Fortunately Kisuke Urahara and Yoruichi Shihouin and Isshin Kurosaki prevented any deaths. Ichigo was furious when he found out who the attackers were. The people who he had fought to protect had betrayed his trust and tried to kill those close to him. Anyone who had power. So here he was in Urahara's basement fighting agensit logic and trying to gain his powers again.
Ichigo dodged to the right but still felt Urahara's warm blade graze his right cheek. He had gained his all his powers back after 7 days of straight fighting with nothing but his hands. Now however, he had his sword and bankai and even his mask. Turns out that the final getsuga tenshou hid his reiatsu deep in his inner world where he had to search for days to find it. Right now he was fighting just to get used to the pressure of his own power and the familiar weight of his zanpakuto in his hand.
Now what was he going to do now that he knew who attacked those he cared about? Ichigo was going to go to soul society and ask a favour of a man who would probably laugh in his face. And then slice him up with his zanpakuto.
"So do you know how to undo the bastards' kido bindings?" Ichigo asked his mentor in between pants of breath.
"Yes," Urahara replied. He too was breathing hard. "However it would take us forever to teach you the proper spells enough so that you won't kill Aizen. So i will be going with and I will take care of the kido. All you have to do is convince him to not kill us or betray us." He sing songed.
"Grrr, you make it sound easy!... But what happens if he says no?"
"Well we either die or he get sealed again"
Ichigo gaped at Urahara, "You make that sound simple too..."
Ichigo sighed as the shopkeeper prepared the senkaimon. The two of them had sneaked into Hueco Mundo and found all the research that Aizen had found and they learned of all the secrets that soul society kept under heavy lock and key. The key that Soul Society had was not the original and there was at least 2 others before it. In other words, Soul Society had taken more lives than they would ever admit to.
