"I'm sorry Remus, it's over!" Remus Lupins most recent girlfriend told him, walking out of the common room. Remus stood there, she didn't even have a reason why she broke up with him. He ran up to his dormitory and lay on his bed, crying his eyes out. He didn't know how long he was there until he felt the bed sink down a little, he looked up and his friend Sirius Black was sitting there.
"Moony my friend, what's the matter?" Sirius asked.
"Natasha broke up with me" Remus replied wiping his tears.
"She obviously wasn't right for you buddy" Sirius told him, as his friend sat up.
"Nobody is right for me" Remus complained as Sirius rubbed his back.
"Hey, there's someone out there for you, you just haven't found her yet" Sirius reassured.
"Yeah, we can't all be like James and Lily and find each other straight away" Remus smiled a little.
"No, we're not all smooth talking like James" Sirius laughed and Remus laughed back.
"Thanks Padfoot, you always know how to cheer me up" Remus smiled.
"You're welcome, are you coming down to dinner?" Sirius asked.
"I'll catch up with you" Remus smiled as Sirius got up and left the room.
