Sarah stood in the doorway of the cabin, looking in on the scene on the bed, the only light being the soft glow from the fisk tank. The two men were asleep, James curled around Kaidan almost protectively and with a peek on the nightstand, she could tell why. Pain meds and a glass of water. He must be having another migraine. It still amazed her at times that they were able to make this work, a relationship between the three of them, and she worried at times that someone's feelings were going to get hurt, but seeing the two men in her life like this...she knew it would be fine.

Padding quietly into the room and down the short stairs, she leaned over, her hand sliding along the Lieutenant's arm, pressing a kiss to his ear.

"Hey." He whispered groggily, "When'd you get back?"

"A little while ago. Everything all right?"

"Yeah, migraine, bad one. He could barely stand without falling over." James whispered.

"I'll leave you to rest, just wanted to let you know I was back." Sarah said and moved to walk away, but stopped when he grabbed her hand.

"Come here." he said tugging gently and she leaned over him again, smiling as he gave her a sleepy kiss, humming into his lips.

"Sarah?" Kaidan came awake slowly, squinting at them through the gloom. "When'd you get back?"

"Not that long ago." She said, keeping her voice low. "Go back to sleep."

"Come here." He said, his words slurring slightly as he moved, making room between him and James.

"Okay, give me a second." She moved away from them, going over to the couch to take off her shoes, removing her jacket and unbuttoning the first button on her pants. She went back over to the bed, the two men watching her as she laid between them, pressed against Kaidan's back with James pressed against hers. The biotic took her hand in his own, holding it to his chest and kissing her fingers, the fabric of the well worn t-shirt soft under her palm.

James swept her hair away from her face, pressing his lips to the side of her neck as he slid his arm around her waist.

"EDI?" she called out quietly.

"Yes, Commander?" The AI kept her voice low, probably aware of Kaidan's migraine.

"Make sure no one bugs us?"

"Of course, Commander. Should I alert Dr. Chakwas in case Major Alenko's condition worsens?"

"I'll let you know." Kaidan mumbled.

"Yes, Major. Get some rest."

His biotics fizzled slightly against her lips as she pressed a kiss to the back of his neck and he let out a sigh, relaxing again on the bed.
