Hey this is my very own poem that I wrote. It is actually going to be published in a book called Inspirations of Youth. Yay! I am so excited! It's going to coming out in winter I think. Hope ya like it!
When I look at the night sky,
I see the moon, the stars, and satellites.
The satellite snails its way through the black,
I wave at it, and it winks right back.
The faint twinkle of the stars,
only reminds how far they really are.
The moon shines brightly down at me,
The face full of glee,
Like a kid with a lollypop.
I saw a flash above my head,
A meteor has just speed ahead.
The deep-see of many stars,
The sky is open,
The skies ajar.
The mysteries that the secret stars contain,
We will never be able to explain.
