A/N: Hey what's up you guys, Landing here. If your new here, welcome to my account, you can check out my Doctor Who stories Breaking the Rule & Changes and Discoveries, the latter is currently being rewritten but enjoy it before the edits are completed. But today, reader, I bring you a new Fanfiction series, known simply as Earth's Mightiest Heroes Series, which will span over the entire MCU along with a few additions sprinkled here and there.
This is also mainly told from my OC, Evelyn, point of view so there will be missing scenes that have been replaced with original scenes but it will change to others in later chapters.
For reference: I picture Evelyn Stark to look like Alicia Vikander, Liam Tate to look like Tyler Hoechlin & Bianca Pearson to look like Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Any outfits, unless described, can be imaged to look anyway you want.
~MRVL~ means a scene break

Iron Heart – Speech
~MRVL~
Evelyn Stark often wondered why people threw such an event for her father. She didn't mean it as a horrible dig towards her father, let that be known, but as she looked over at the empty seat that sat between herself and Liam she wondered if anyone had learnt after the years. Even she was unsure how it had happened, one minute they had all been in the car together then the next Tony had seemed to vanish from the car.
"Tony Stark. Visionary. Generous. American patriot," a montage began, images from Tony's life began to appear on a large screen. "Even from an early age, the son of legendary weapons developer Howard Stark quickly stole the spotlight with his brilliant and unique mind. At age four, he built his first circuit board. At age six, his first engine. And at seventeen, he graduated summa cum laude from MIT. Then, the passing of a titian,"
Evelyn smiled softly as an image of Howard and Maria Stark appeared on the screen, Maria smiling at a young baby in her arms while Howard and Tony stood side by side as they smiled at the camera. She couldn't remember that picture, much like she couldn't remember much of the day her grandparents died. She felt someone touch her hand, turning to smile at Liam as she gave his hand a quick squeeze.
"Howard Stark's lifelong friend and ally, Obadiah Stane, steps in to help fill in the gap left by the legendary founder until, just a few months later, the prodigal son returns and is anointed the new CEO of Stark Industries. With the kets to the kingdom, Tony ushers in a new era for his father's legacy," the montage changed to show the weapons Stark Industries had created over the years, "creating smarter weapons, advanced robotics, satellite targeting. Today, Tony Stark has changed the face of the weapons industry by ensuring freedom and protecting America and her interest around the globe."
Everyone clapped as Rhodey stepped out onto the stage, the man unaware of Tony's disappearance. "As liaison to Stark Industries, I've had the unique privilege of serving with a real patriot. He is my friend and my great mentor. Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to present this year's Apogee Award to Mr. Tony Stark."
The spotlight found its way to the table as the audience erupts into an applause. Rhodey looked out towards the table, finding Obadiah pointing to the empty seat while Evelyn just shrugged. Obadiah made the move to stand up, the man already having planned out an speech on Tony's behalf only to find the spotlight moving away from the table as Evelyn stood, kissing Liam on the cheek on the way past.
"Knock 'em dead." Was all Liam said as he stood to clap with the other guests.
Evelyn smiled and waved at the guests who were congratulating her for her father's award, so used to the attention after the years of making speeches for Tony. She missed the look of annoyance Obadiah gave her retreating figure, but the man stood up and applauded her anyways. As Evelyn neared the steps to the stage, Rhodey met her halfway and held a hand for her to take, helping her up the steps.
Rhodey pulled her in for a hug before muttering. "Thanks for the save."
Evelyn just smiled, pulling away and taking the award from the man. "Just kill him for me when you see him next." She joked and walked towards the microphone.
"Will do," and with that he walked off the stage but stood by the steps so he could help her down.
"Thank you, Colonel," she said once the clapping had died down, "and thank you all very much for coming tonight. As you can tell by the lack of age and difference of gender, I am not my father,"
She looked down at the award with a smile. "Excuse me if this speech isn't exactly the Stark speech you were all hoping for, as many of you know, I don't have a clue about half the things my father says," the crowd laughed, "But I can tell you how honoured I feel for my father to receive such a prestigious award and that if it wouldn't be achievable if it wasn't for Mr. Stane and the rest of Stark Industries scientists," a second spotlight found its way back to the table were Obadiah was sat, the man just waving off the attention.
"I also know that he is deeply regretful that he's unable to make tonight's ceremony, but that's my father for you all… which is both the best and worst thing about my father. He's always working."
With a final thank you, Evelyn stepped away from the stage as the audience erupted into applause, handing Rhodey the award so he can give Tony a piece of his mind while Evelyn joined Liam and Obadiah at the table.
"Do you think they'll learn?" she asked Liam, hooking her arm through his as they walked ahead of Obadiah.
"Nah," he laughed, smiling with trained politeness as they stepped out of the building, "if they did the world would come to an end."
It had taken Liam a few years to adjust to the life of dating a Stark, and not being one of Tony's many one night stands. He had gotten over being camera shy, that was thanks to Pepper and Evelyn training him on how to hold himself on red carpets or any event that often had reporters shoving cameras and microphones into his face, he had gotten used to being asked questions about Evelyn and Tony despite not knowing her father well enough to answer honestly.
He had gotten used to the crazy fan boys and girls who flooded his Twitter or MySpace page with a verity of messages ranging from death threats, insults on his appearance or the often sexual messages. Evelyn had assure him that she can publicly announce a 'breakup' if things got too much for Liam, hoping that maybe if the world thought they had gone their separate ways maybe they'd leave him alone.
Evelyn didn't reply but laughed instead, the pair posing for photos before walking to Happy Hogan; the man standing by the car, door open. Together they climbed in.

Evelyn and Liam had fallen asleep on the drive back to Malibu and then again back at the mansion. Liam had woken up before Evelyn had and quickly left the residence, making sure to let JARVIS know to say he'll call Evelyn later… even if she knew he would.
She awoke to JARVIS morning announcement. "Good morning Ms. Stark," an English voice greeted her, "It's 7 a.m. the weather in Malibu is seventy two degrees with scattered clouds. The surf conditions are fair with waist-to-shoulder high lines. High tide will be at 10.52 a.m."
"Morning J.A.R.V.I.S," she called out, stretching her arms above her head, "have a peaceful night without us Starks?"
"It was peaceful," the A.I replied, making Evelyn roll her eyes, "you have two messages; the first from Mr. Tate to say that he'll be calling you later and from Ms. Pearson saying that she can't make it this afternoon but will be around in the evening."
Evelyn nodded, standing up. "Anything else?"
"I believe there is a woman in the house, Ms. Potts is on her way to intercept but I know how much you like to scare them."
Evelyn laughed at that, quickly changing into something while also planning on what she could say to whatever woman Tony had brought home. It had become an unspoken tradition between her and Pepper that after any Gala Ball, Charity event, Awards ceremony you name Tony would bring back a new woman that they had great pleasure kicking out the house.
It had been much more fun for Evelyn when she was younger, although she hadn't always been so sure why the woman were there, but she often got a good chuckle out of seeing women run out of the mansion pale faced when she'd come up to her with these wide eyes and say 'are you my new mommy?'
Oh how she missed those days.
"It's Pepper's turn to kick them out," she told the A.I. "but let's get it on camera so I can use this for their wedding video."
"Of course," that was the last thing he said before Evelyn stepped into the main floor just as a woman with blond hair dressed in a red shirt went to touch one of the wall panels. Evelyn glanced to her left to see Pepper standing with a hanger with some clothes on it.
"Floor's yours," Evelyn whispered and stepped into the kitchen area, pouring herself a cup of coffee.
"You are not authorized to access this area," Jarvis informed the woman, who in turn jumped out of her skin.
"Jesus," she muttered, stepping back and turning around to see Pepper and Evelyn stood there.
"That's Jarvis. He runs the house," Pepper told the woman, a forced smile on her face, "I've got your clothes here. They've been dry-cleaned and pressed, and there's a car waiting for you outside that will take you anywhere you'd like to go."
The blond eyed Pepper closely, before walking up to her. "You must be the famous Pepper Potts," she said, though it was more of a statement.
"Indeed I am," Pepper nodded, handing the woman the clothes.
"After all these years, Tony still has you picking up the dry-cleaning," the blond tried to dig at Pepper, smirking.
But Pepper just continued to smile. "I do anything and everything that Mr. Stark requires, even his daughter if need be," the blonde glanced to the kitchen where Evelyn held up a mug in greeting, "including, occasionally, taking out the trash," Pepper smirked at the blond, enjoying the way her jaw tensed and the sound of Evelyn sniggering into her mug, "will that be all?"
The blond just glared at them both, though Evelyn hadn't done or said anything, and stormed out of the mansion.
"Oh no wait," Evelyn weakly called after her, not moving from the kitchen, "mommy don't leave me," the door to the mansion slammed shut as Pepper just raised an eyebrow at her, amusement shinning in her eyes, "hey, I used to work and I thought I'd use it again."
Pepper shook her head and pulled out her phone, starting to go through her list of things to do while Evelyn reached into one of the many secret compartments she had discovered.
"Oh, Pep," Evelyn walked up to the woman, her hands now behind her, "happy birthday," she moved her hands forward showing Pepper a sealed envelope along with a bouquet of mixed flowers.
Pepper smiled, taking the flowers and quickly put them into a nearby vase before turning to hug the girl. "Thanks, Evie," Pepper said, "have you seen Tony?"
Evelyn nodded. "Where he always is," she nodded towards one of the doors, "in the shop… did he forget something?"
"Only to met Rhodey at the airport. An hour and a half ago."
The brunette just shook her head with a laugh. "Why doesn't that surprise me," she watched as Pepper pulled out her phone, the woman's phone beginning to ring, "I'll let you deal with him, I've gotta make sure the rest of your gift arrives in one piece."
"Oh, Evie," Pepper tried to say but her phone rang, and she knew she'd have to answer it. "Yes, Rhodey, I know." And with that, Pepper stepped down into the workshop below.
Evelyn just smiled and walked off, pulling out her own phone as she began to dial the bakery. "Hi, it's Evelyn Stark, I'm just wondering if you knew how long it'd be until the cake is ready?" she paused, letting the other person on the phone both compose themselves and give her an answer, "another hour is fine, honestly, just give me a call and I'll get someone to pick it up… okay, yes thank you, thank you again." And with that she hung up the phone, pocketing it and stepped back into the kitchen to finish her coffee.

Evelyn sat in the workshop of the mansion, bobbing her head along to the music blasting out of her earbuds as she typed away at the computer, occasionally mumbling to herself as she worked on her project. She often found herself in this position when her father was away showing off whatever weapons he was trying to sell, whether it was because she missed her father or because it somehow had the best internet connection in the entire mansion… it was probably the internet connection. However, her peace and work effort were quickly extinguished when the chair she was sat on jolted backwards, Evelyn's flailing her arms as she ripped her earbuds out in an attempt to keep the computer sat on the desk, and the sound of laughter reached her ears.
"It's not funny!" Evelyn hissed as she spun in her chair, glaring at the pink haired girl that was hunched over, "I could have knocked over the computer!"
The pink haired girl rolled her eyes once her laughter had stopped. "oh relax, it's not like your dad couldn't buy you a new one," she said, sitting down on a stool, " hell, he'd probably build you a new one that could kick the old one's ass."
Evelyn just shook her head, saving her project and turning to face her. "So what brings you to my humble abode, Bee."
Bianca Pearson, one of two people Evelyn could actually call a friend, stood about an inch taller then her and frequently dyed her hair as many colours as she could before she got bored and mixed them together to create a somewhat Frankenstein's monster of a colour and slapped it onto her hair. Evelyn wished she had that sort of confidence to dye her hair something, but she was fond of her brown hair.
"You, me, Liam, Pepper," Bianca began, wiggling her eyebrows as she slowly pulled herself and the stool towards Evelyn, "we go out, get drunk and laugh at all the losers who are throwing up in the bathroom of whatever club we can smuggle you into, maybe talk Pepper into confessing her undying love for Tony."
Evelyn shook her head. While there were many ways she wished she could be like Bianca, this wasn't one of those ways, Bianca's rebellious streak and lack of care for rules was something Evelyn was glad to say she would never stride to be. It wasn't like Bianca couldn't go out with Liam, both of them were of the legal age to go out and drink, and Evelyn would enjoy the pictures and videos of them dancing drunkenly together.
"No," Evelyn replied firmly, Bianca opened her mouth to say something but stopped when she held up a hand, "I've got to get this project typed up and finished by the time dad gets home, I can't risk losing this idea to something Stane will probably overrule."
"You still trying to convince Tony to instate your recovery idea," Bianca asked, all ideas of clubbing gone, "Eve, you gotta give it up. A weapons manufacturer wouldn't suit a relief effort, especially to area's effected by their own weapons."
It was horrid to tell Evelyn this, Bianca knew that, but the more Evelyn began to focus on this the more it'd hurt when Tony eventually shot down her idea… or worse Obadiah. For as long as Bianca had been friends with her, her hatred for Obadiah had always been present. It came down to the fact that Obadiah was a shady bastard who had Tony and most of Stark Industries in his pocket, he'd tried to persuade Evelyn to convince her father that they could manufacture nuclear weapons, something Tony had already said no to. Bianca had never actually met Obadiah in person, but going off what Liam and Evelyn told her, it sounded like Evelyn was right to hate him.
"I'm glad you're so supportive about all this," Evelyn scoffed, swivelling around so that she was facing away from Bianca.
"Eve, you know that not what I mean," Bianca sighed, getting off the stool so she could spin the chair around to face her, "me and Liam, we will support you in this no matter what, yeah… but maybe having Stark Industries backing this idea isn't a good idea, try reaching out."
"I have," Evelyn admitted with a sigh, thinking back to times where she had been hung up on because of her name and her age… dare she even say because she was a woman. "They've all either laughed, pretended to take my information to call me back and even said just to ask Tony for the funding," Bianca frowned at that, she knew that's not what she wanted to do, "this project, it could change millions of lives, bring about a better world I just know it… I just wish other people did."
Bianca sighed, seeing the hope that twinkled in her eyes as she spoke of her idea. She understood why, she really did, but they lived in a world where heroes like Evelyn were rare and unseen… but Bianca knew that this world was something people feared, look at the attempt to create some form of peace those Mutants did thirteen years ago. It hadn't caused peace, it had caused arguments, even wars at some extent.
"I know that, Eve, I know that," Bianca assured her, taking Evelyn's hands and giving them a light squeeze, "but… but maybe now isn't the time to try and fix everything," upon Evelyn's questioning look, she explained further, "if this project gets rejected, maybe go out of your way and work with established groups and slowly build support for the project."
"Where would I start?"
"Maybe with a better name," Bianca joked, "Food, Emergency Aid, Shelter and Training, bit of a mouthful."
"I'm open to suggestions," Evelyn smiled.
There was a knock on the glass windows behind them, Evelyn and Bianca turned to see Liam stood there… dressed in a white shirt, black trousers and was tapping his wrist with a wide smile.
Shit! Evelyn had forgotten about Pepper's party! She now noticed how Bianca was dressed in a shirt and black suit trousers with suspenders… how had she not noticed it sooner! It now made sense why she included Pepper in her list of people going to the club.
"Bianca!" Evelyn jumped off from the chair and dragged the pink haired girl out of the workshop, kissing Liam quickly as they passed. "Why didn't you tell me Pepper's party starts in," a quick check of her own watch made her eyes widen, "ten minutes!"
Bianca just laughed, waving at Liam as she passed, her answer fading away as Liam watched them go.

When Evelyn woke up the next day, it wasn't from Jarvis' usual morning alarm, it was from a knock on her bedroom door. She frowned, looking over to where both Liam and Bianca were sleeping either on the bed or the floor, before walking over to the door and opening it. It was Pepper, Evelyn would have smiled if it wasn't the look of fear and concern in the ginger's eyes.
"It's Tony," Pepper said, her eyes watering as she tried to compose herself, upset at the news she'd have to tell the woman, "he's missing."
A/N: So here it is, the first chapter of a brand new story. There is no update schedule, so updates could be close or far between, but it will be updated. Thanks so much for reading and I hope to see you again for chapter two.
