Jack walked up to Princess with his hands behind his back and a big grin on his face.

"I got a surprise for you, Prinny!" he said cheerfully.

Princess looked up from her DS and her eyes brighten with excitement.

"Ooohhh! What is it, Jackie?! I love surprises!"

"Try to guess…"

She pouted. "Oh, I'm not good with guessing, why don't you just tell me?" she questioned while trying to peek behind his back.

Jack shook his head and took a step back. "No, you have to guess… it has something to do with the game you're playing."

Princess looked down at her gold DS for a moment, then she gasped loudly.

"You got me Pokémon X and Y a month before it comes out?!"

He shook his head once more. "Nope, it's something better than that…"

"Oh Jack, just tell me! Please, pretty please!" she whined.

"Fine, I'll show you…"

He slowly pulled out the bright orange Torchic plushie from behind his back. Princess stared at it emotionless for a while before letting out a loud scream.

"Oh my god! A Torchic plushie!" she yelled while grabbing the doll from his hands.

"That's not all…" Jack said with a grin. "Squeeze its belly…"

Princess did what she was told and soon a loud pitched 'Torchic' came from the plushie. She hugged it tightly and began to jump up and down with it.

"Ahh, it's so cute! I love it, love it, love it! Where did you get this from?!"

"Well, a Shen Gon Wu relieved itself in Japan, so I decided to go to the Pokémon Center while I was there. I know how much you love Torchic, so I thought I'll buy it for you…"

Princess looked up at Jack and smiled sweetly. "That was so thoughtful of you… thank you so much…"

He smiled back at her. "No problem, Prinny…"

"So, did you get your Shen Gon Whatever?" she asked.

"Um, well… not exactly…" he replied, then he saw how sad she gotten. "But it's okay! I don't really need it to be honest! Just seeing you happy is better than all the Wu in the world…"

Princess' sadden expression was quickly replaced with a perky smile. She reached over and hugged Jack tightly.

"That's the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me…"

He returned the hug and kissed her softly on the forehead.

"And I mean it too…"

She gave a little smile and grabbed Jack's hand.

"Now, let's go find a spot for my new cute plushie…"

Jack nodded and grinned. "That sounds like a good idea…"

Then the two went on their way to Morbucks Manor.
