The Infection
It was a great morning before the gates started to break. Everyone thought that the Avalanche were attacking, well at least the Infantry did we made it to the gates by that time everything was calm. When I got there I was on guard duty that night. Then the banging on the gates started up this time there was a hole in it I started to get closer then a face appeared in the hole it was Samuel, I opened fire on Samuel that started alarms they started running from the other gates to assist me by the time they got there I was on the ground screaming with pain, Samuel had bitten me with those demonic teeth they took me to the infirmary to clean the gruesome bit mark. I thought I heard one say 'Oh my god have mercy on this Infantry man soul for he has tried to stop this unknown demon" I asked them. 'What, what's wrong can't you clean it!" I said with high alarm. 'No, we do not know what bit you and it's already infected." He said I looked with horror at what I saw. It was horrific then all of a sudden I was craving meat raw meat I asked for some meat they looked at me with concern they asked what type of meat I said "Any raw meat you have laying around." After I ate I all of a sudden I felt cold I mean like liquid nitrogen cold but they said I was 1000 degrees I was horrified at what they were saying. They said I was to rest and some other Infantry men would watch over me and a Turk would be in shortly so I did, but the Turk came to late those poor souls I killed and ate. Most of their bodies the Turk caught me but I escaped I ran from them with terror in my heart I wasn't afraid of what they would do I was afraid of what I would do. I found ways of suppressing the "insanity" but there is no forever. I started hunting people at night. ShinRa started sending Turks after me but the new Turks would find arms hanging from the ceiling and only by the blood the body. One Turk vomited at the sight of a body that had its upper section turned inside out and the lower half had large K-9 bites taken out of the thighs. you could see individual muscle fibers pulling from the bone. I eventually had to leave Midgar. "Tseng there hasn't been any sightings of him." a Turk said standing in Tsengs door way."What do you mean there haven't been any sightings?" Tseng asked not looking up from his paper work." There just hasn't been any sir." the Turk said. " Damn, How many Turks dead?" Tseng asked. " 50 sir." The Turk said. " I guess I have no choice." Tseng said and pressed the intercom button. " To all Turks it is no longer a capture you now have authorization to kill him on sight." Tseng said. "Is everything alright you seem pissed Tseng. Is it because of me." Thomas said while breaking The Turks neck that was standing at Tseng's door the sound of the break was like a soda can being opened.
