Castlevania Eternal Night: Character Entries
Mark Edward: Mark Edward owns a bar in Craiova which Marcus happened to go to. As soon as Marcus stepped into his bar, he could see he had his own unique style. The two formed a fast friendship, despite Mark's unusual demeanor. Mark keeps a separate stash of Marcus' favorite drink, Chocolate Muscat, and never lets anyone else touch it. Mark was also the best-man at Marcus' wedding, and is the godfather of Ezekiel Belmont.
Arch Bishop: Archbishop of Bucharest is the formal title of Patriarch Paul II. He was elected on May 4th, 2072, and is the son of Patriarch Paul I who was his predecessor. Patriarch Paul II is most famous for excommunicating Victor Belmont from the Orthodox church in Romania. Upon hearing that his son, Marcus Belmont, wished to join the church as a vampire hunter, he extended his full support, and helped gather helpers to go to China with Marcus.
Alexander Funar: Alexander William Funar is a skilled craftsman, and tactician. He was born in Athlone, Ireland to an Irish mother and Romanian father, and later moved to Romania after his parents divorced. He often filled his time with working with his hands, and building various traps to entertain himself. His creations got more elaborate as time went on, and was eventually noticed by the church in Craiova and joined in 2076 at the age of 17.
Anastasia Botezatu: Anastasia Caitlin Botezatu is an expert potion-maker who started her training by the church in Craiova after she moved there from Brighton, England. She was born to a Greek mother and Romanian father, and moved to Romania in 2073 at the age of 16 at the request of the church. She started potion-making at a young age, and wasn't liked by her peers. She was raised by a wealthy family, and would always stick to the rules wherever she went.
Abigail Bucur: Abigail Isadora Bucur is a powerful mage from the family of Bucur; a legendary family whose patriarch was the founder of Bucharest. She was born to a pure-blooded Romanian family, which often married to the Belnades family, enhancing their already powerful magical abilities. Abigail's great grandmother is Silviana Bucur who fought in the battle of 1999 along with Julius Belmont, and many others. Abigail moved to Romania at the age of 12 in 2070.
Toy Maker: Before the Toy Maker was enslaved by the Jiang Shi, he was a powerful craftsman. He, and many others, would use their powers to do good for Romania. However, he would often use his powers to make toys for children, thus giving him the name Toy Maker. He was approached by the Jiang Shi who offered him protection, friendship, and his palace to work at. He then enslaved him, and corrupted his soul, forcing him to work for him.
Jiang Shi: The Jiang Shi is a Chinese Hopping Vampire. Whenever a body's soul does not leave the body, or does not have a proper burial, it becomes a Jiang Shi. The best way to stop a Jiang Shi is unlike the methods used for killing regular vampires; a scroll with a special spell must be placed over their face to prevent them from moving at all. This Jiang Shi was the same that also fought in the War of 1999 alongside Dracula, Olrox, Carmilla, and Marus.
