What if James and Lily were alive, what if Harry had a family, what if Lucius was sent to Azkaban, what if Narcissa married Sirius, what if Draco had siblings, what if the Potters, the Blacks and the Malfoy's were raised together
Lucius Malfoy sat in his holding cell, thinking. He had never thought that he would be here. Of course over confidence and arrogance were two of Lucius's biggest faults, though he would never admit that he had any. Lucius had been confident that the Death Eaters and Voldemort would win and he would evade capture. Even after the Dark Lords downfall at the hands of the Potters he had been confident that he would evade capture. This was simply because he was a Malfoy, of course.
Lucius was one of the few people who knew the true story of the Dark Lords defeat. He knew that Peter Pettigrew was the spy, and that in the end he gave his life for the Potters.
Slowly Lucius's thoughts drifted away from the Potter family to his own. He had three children, unusual for a Malfoy; Tiberius, Draco and Lyra. Originally he had been disappointed at having more then one but slowly he began to realise the advantages. First of all there was the fact that he had more heirs, and then that the children would have a rivalry between them which he thought might help them in forming Malfoy qualities.
This plan however didn't work as expected. Tiberius the eldest was the perfect Malfoy, but Draco and Lyra did not turn out so well. Lucius was shocked to find out that they played with muggle children and toys and even beating sense into them didn't work. He supposed it was the influence of his former wife; Narcissa.
Lucius's thoughts turned to her. Narcissa had been a good wife at first, doing her duties until, but over time her true colours showed. She was muggle loving and a blood traitor. He knew he should have chosen Bellatrix. After putting up with her nonsense and ignoring it for a while, Lucius decided it was time to take action. He took his cane on her more than once but she wouldn't budge. One night he heard Narcissa talking to her cousin Sirius. That was when they publicly announced their separation, it was over.
Narcissa had tried desperately to take the children, but the law sided with Lucius and his bribes. Lyra or as he'd come to call her girl and Draco has even tried to run away! They failed of course and got the beating of their lives.
Now Lucius thought Narcissa had a new husband; her cousin Sirius Black. Ironic he thought, Narcissa and Sirius had both been so different from the typical Black but still inbred. He snorted. Now his children would go to them.
Lucius's thoughts were interrupted by the clanging of his cell doors, "Their ready for you Malfoy,".
