All rights of the play Macbeth belong to a Mr William Shakespeare. Heard of him?
Set in Act 1 Scene 7, where Macbeth is deliberating over killing King Duncan. Loosely based on the soliloquy "If it were done." Macbeth speaking to himself:
Yo! Yeah! My name's Mac B,
And I'm 33:
Duncan's the King -
He can't hurt me.
Should I kill him, no, you see
He's been very nice to me.
They might find out,
Scream and shoutAnd that would be the end of me.
My name's Macbeth,
I'm scared to death,
I've got a King to kill
Or no honour left.
But if Dunc's gone then I'll be King,
And that'll be an amazing thing.
Boss people about,
Scream and shout.
Once the bells of death start to ring.
Macbeth! Macbeth!
King to be!
Powerful, long lasting
I will be!
If I kill him, I'll go to hell
But he won't hear my deathly bell.
Time to go Dunc, time to die
Your heart will shatter and your soul will fly.
Macbeth! Macbeth!
Arise! Arise!
Duncan! Duncan!
Dies! Dies!
Set at the end, Act 5 Scene 8, just before Macduff kills Macbeth. A duet between Macduff and MacbethMacduff: Hey! Yo Maccy B, what's up with you?You murdered my wife and my little boy too.
I'm getting my revenge,
This'll be your end,
'Cos you ain't got no friends,
No one's left to defend.
Macbeth:
Macduff don't bother 'cos you can't see,
No man born o'woman can harm me.
There ain't no point in trying
You'll only end up dying.
Macduff:
But wait Big Mac I wasn't born
I was from my mother's womb untimely torn
You see my mother had and infection
So I was born by caesarean section.
Macbeth:
What! Infection! Caesarean section!
You just shattered all o'my protection.
These witches said to beware of you;
They said I'm safe till the trees start to move;
And what's more no man can harm me,
At least not one born by woman you see.
But you ain't that means I'm gonna die.
Don't wanna leave this world I won't say goodbye!
I surrender I ain't gonna fight,
Just leave me alive, lock me out of sight.
Macduff:
Not fight, you have a coward for a king.
I'm gonna take your money, your throne, everything.
Goodbye, Macbeth, you deserve to die
It's come to the end, just try not to cry.
These are best rapped, but quite nice to read too. They are rather far from my usual style of writing though. Please read (or rap) and review. Thanks.
