Hypnotized By Your Heart
I arrived at the ball with an elegant smile on my face.
Then, I saw you all dressed up so perfectly with your lustrous black hair
and your black manly suit with matching tie and shoes.
You approached me and asked if I wanted to dance and I said,
"I'd be glad to."
My grey dress cascaded down my knees and my black curly hair waved as we danced
and my shoes weren't as comfortable as they looked.
I was in love, in his arms resting my head on his shoulder.
My night with him was precious to me
and the presence of him enlightened me.
I wish this moment would never end but it felt like I was dreaming.
Then, he whispered on my ear and said,
"I love you and if you give me a chance to prove it, you'll never regret it."
Theses words struck me severely and I was in a complete shock.
He gave me so much delight and as he hypnotized me with his smile,
we swayed softly and gracefully with the wind.
The Swaying Breeze
The two of them were alone dancing together wild and free.
She ,then, fell into his arms laughing and she was having a wonderful time.
The lady wore an orange hat and a yellow formal dress above her knees
with a pair of stockings and high heeled sandals.
While the man had on a tie matching his designed tuxedo
with his pointy brown shoes and bright colored socks.
They were having the time of their lives with a roaring jazz music on the background.
As the music went on they held each others hands tighter
and got closer to each other.
They danced like there's no tomorrow
and wished their anniversary would never end.
Still grinning and dancing their love glowed as bright as the sun,
and truly, they had a solidarity that was unparalleled with anyone.
He was the strength in her and she was the compassion in him.
They were simply untamed on the outside but serene on the inside.
