Prologue

A snarling kitsune was painted across a white porcelain mask, the wearer clad in dark. A hood covering the persons head, leaving nothing to the imagination.

"In the name of the Hokage, you are to be punished for defecting your village."

The words were soft, almost like a whisper, caressing the ears of the man standing on the ground below.

The man, looking to be in his late-twenties whirled around, greasy-brown eyes searching for the one to have spoken those words. Swiftly, with practiced ease he took a hold of his kunai and whirled them in the direction of a tree.

Thunk!

The sound of the kunai hitting nothing but bark echoed in the silent forest.
A shadow passed the man, a shimmer of sunlight glinting off a sword.

The man's eyes widened, mouth opening slightly in a silent scream before the head started to slide down from his neck. Rolling to a slow stop, the face forever contorted in shock. With a loud thud the body dropped to the ground, unmoving.

It was done in seconds.

The hunter appeared beside the dead body of the man, looking down at it in what could only be described as slight disdain.

Bringing his glove-clad hand up, pointing it at the headless body laying on the ground, he willed it to catch aflame. Scorching hot flames sparked to live and incinerated the body, the smell of burning flesh filling the air. Waving his hand again, he willed the winds to blow away the stench and the remaining ashes, removing any evidence of there ever having been a body.

Taking a scroll from inside his cloak, the hunter laid it on the ground next to the head. Forming a few hand seals, in a puff of smoke the head was gone and the scroll once more rolled up.

Picking the scroll from the ground, the hunter stood for a second before disappearing in a whirl of darkness.

It was silent once more in the dark forest.

The old man smoking his pipe looked at the hunter kneeling before his desk. Brown eyes filled with pride, but also sadness at what has become of this young man.

Pulling the pipe from his mouth, he slowly blew the smoke out of his lungs and cleared his throat.
"Kitsune, report." He watched as the person kneeling shifted slightly and pulled a scroll from inside his cloak, laying it before him on his desk.

"There were no difficulties, Hokage-sama. The rogue-nin was dealt with in seconds," The voice was soft and controlled, capable of manipulating anyone to do the owners deeds. "A fully detailed report has already been made and send to the administration. In that scroll is the targets head." The hunter bowed, waiting for his dismissal from the aging man.

Sarutobi hummed, waving his hand a little. Immediately an Anbu guard appeared at his side, bowed, grabbed the scroll and left in a puff of smoke.

He continued looking at the kneeling hunter, lost in thoughts concerning the nin.

"Hokage-sama?" It was soft, a slight tilt of a questioning tone in it as the hunter lifted his head slightly, looking quizzically at the aging man. Even with a mask on, the curiosity was clear in his demeanor.

"Please rise Kitsune, and take your mask off."

A slight twitch could be seen in the right hand of the nin, it was clearly not customary of the Hokage to order the hunter to take his mask off.

Slowly rising from his position on the ground, he lifted his gloved hand and slowly removed the porcelain mask from his face.

A young face, from a boy no older than eleven could now be seen.
Unblemished skin, sapphire eyes with specks of red in them and six whisker like scars adorned his cheeks.

His other hand reached up and removed the black hood from his hair and let the sunlight hit off the golden locks.

The boy was in one word; beautiful.

His cheekbones were refined, cheeks still a little chubby, giving him the boyish look. A small button nose and a slightly tan skin, having a natural glow to it.

The boy had a feral look to him, His pupils were slightly slitted, like a cats and his canines were sharper and longer than a normal persons.

Sarutobi smiled sadly at the young boy before him. Oh, how he wished it would have gone differently. The boy was so young, and already killing on a daily bases. He feared for the boys sanity if this continues any longer.

Sighing heavily, all the years came weighing down on him. He knew he had failed the boy and the boy's parents, he had only himself to blame. Looking back at the emotionless boy peering back at him, a well hidden cautious look in the sapphire eyes.

The boy had no ties to Konoha, he knew. No friends to speak of, an orphan with no family, a social outcast. The only person the boy remotely trusted was he, himself. But even that was very weak and he knew that once he died, and that wasn't very far away, the boy would defect.

That's why he decided to send him away. To the place his father had once called his home.

"Naruto, there is someone here to see you," He said, keeping a close eye on the blond. A slight stiffening in the shoulders and the miniscule narrowing of eyes didn't go unnoticed to him. He smiled a grandfatherly smile, hoping to ease the boy of any suspicions. It didn't work.

Sighing again, he called for one of the guards to get the person mentioned and watched as a tall man, probably just as old as he is walked into the office.

White hair reaching past his jaw-line, a neatly trimmed beard and a long crooked nose. His eyes were brown, and his skin pale.

The man was strangely dressed, for a ninja at least. Thick robes in maroon blue with golden linings. The robes looked difficult to move in, it would be restricting and make you an easy target.

Sarutobi greeted the man with a smile.

"Dippet," He inclined his head in greeting, "It's good to see you again."

"Indeed, it's been a long time Sarutobi. The last time we spoke was when young Minato discovered what he was."

That peeked Naruto's interest, Sarutobi noted. For a moment a questioning look passed over the blank, emotionless mask. But it was gone as fast as it came.

Armando turned towards Naruto, looking sternly at the boy. "You must be Naruto, correct?" Receiving a slight nod in return, Dippet continued, reaching in his robe and pulling out a letter. "My name is Armando Dippet, current Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. You may call me Professor Dippet, young man." The man was very strict. Sarutobi noted the way the man held himself in high regard, he would be a very firm leader, he mused.

Sarutobi saw the incredulity in the boys eyes and face, not having been fast enough to control his reaction to what the professor was saying. It was understandable, after all.

"Is this a joke?" Naruto hissed, narrowed eyes looking at the man standing in front of him. "Am I supposed to believe that magic exists?"

Dippet narrowed his eyes at the disrespect the boy was showing, he reached inside his robes, Naruto tensing at the movements, only to pull out a wooden stick.

Naruto's eyebrows raised, looking at the stick skeptically.

Giving a flick at his wand, Dippet let the contents on the desk levitate in the air.

Naruto just stared.

"Do you believe me now, boy?" Dippet put the wand back, giving the letter to Naruto, who took it with slight hesitance.

Sarutobi stood up, chuckling slightly. He walked up to Naruto and patted him slightly on the shoulder, pretending not to notice the tensing of muscles and the almost invisible flinch he received in return.

"Okay, and what if I believe? What has this all to do with me?" Naruto asked, looking up at the wizard with a calculative gaze.

Sarutobi smiled sadly, "Your father went to the same school, Naruto. He was a wizard and as his son, you are too."

Naruto remained impassive.

"Surely you must have noticed something odd, things happening without an explainable reason." Dippet said, looking at the boy closely.
Naruto narrowed his eyes, taking on a defensive stance.
Dippet smirked, "Ah.. so you have."
Sarutobi raised an eyebrow, Naruto hasn't told him about anything of that.

"Well, it doesn't matter. Read through the letter, if you will. I haven't got all day."

Naruto looked at the professor for another second before breaking the seal on the letter and reading its contents. Once done he looked at the two man in front of him, and remained silent.

"So, will you go Naruto?" Sarutobi asked, giving the boy a grandfatherly smile.

After a few seconds a soft "I will go," was uttered, and Dippet clapped his hands once.

"Marvelous, now get your stuff we're leaving in half an hour." Not a second after the words left his mouth, Naruto disappeared in a whirl of darkness, leaving the two man alone.

"He's dark, Sarutobi." Dipet said, turning towards the Hokage.

Sarutobi put some tobacco in his pipe, lighting it. once he puffed out some smoke he hummed a little. "I know, Armando. But… I'm afraid he'll only become darker if he stays here. The best for him and everyone else is to send him to Hogwarts."

Dippet remained silent for a while, before finally speaking up again. "He is already powerful, his magic is vast, I could practically taste it, and it was still suppressed. Then I'm not even talking about his companion residing inside him. He's dangerous Sarutobi, very much so."

"Ah.." puffing some more smoke, to try calm himself. Sarutobi looked with tired eyes at the wizard. "Let's just hope for the best, Armando. Because hope is all we've got." The last part was murmured softly, barely audible.

Naruto arrived at his small apartment, the same way as he had left in Sarutobi's office. He just stood there for a few minutes, looking at the letter in his hands. Slowly, a grin started to form on his lips, his canines showing. How peculiar.

He's a wizard.

A fucking wizard.

That's why he was always able to do things even ninja's couldn't do, it all made sense now.

A giggle escaped his lips, eyes flashing red for a second.
The shadows looked to be moving now, almost coming to life.

Yes, he was going to enjoy learning everything there is to being a wizard.

Twenty minutes later, he had his cloak on and stood infront of the Hokage and his Headmaster. He noted with mild amusement that the old wizard is looking at him with hidden caution. He wanted to snort, the man already didn't trust him. But that's alright, he supposed. He was used to it.

"Alright are you ready?" professor Dippet asked, looking at Naruto.

He just nodded his head, keeping his face expressionless.

Dippet reached into his robe again, and Naruto couldn't help but wonder how much the man kept hidden in those thick, uncomfortable looking robes. Pulling out a book, Dippet held it in front of him and told Naruto to hold on tightly. The next instant Naruto felt like something pulled him behind his navel, a very unpleasant feeling. As they landed, Naruto had to use every bit of strength to not throw up.

"What the heck was that?!" he asked, groaning slightly.

"That, was a portkey. A means of transportation." Dippet said, walking ahead of him.

Naruto glared slightly at his back, before reining in his anger at not having been warned and walking after the man.

Looking around, Naruto saw they were in some alleyway. Following the professor, he looked around at all the buildings curiosly. They were very different than in Konoha or in any other village in the Elemantal Nations. No surprise, really. The Elemantal Nations cut off any connection with the outside world, having a very different view of how to handle things. They set up a barrier, a very strong one at that.

He looked at the wizard walking in front of him again. He was surprised the man was so sufficient in Japanese.

He knew it wasn't his own language, he could hear the slight accent. Maybe it had something to do with the spell Dippet had cast on him earlier before they took the portkey here to London. It was a translation spell, Dippet had said. Something about hearing and speaking English now.

"We're here," snapping out of his musings he looked up at the building in front of him. The Leaky Cauldron. It's a pub.

What were they doing at a pub?

Dippet entered the shaggy looking building and walked past the many tables and some drunk people stumbling around. Going up to the bar, Naruto watched as Dippet greeted the bartender and entered a backdoor. They came out at nothing.

The only thing there was a fucking wall, what were they supposed to do with a fucking wall?! Walk through it?

Dippet ticked some of the stones in the wall in a certain order and Naruto watched as the bricks slowly moved to the side, showing an alley of different kinds of shops.

Well.. he at least was right about that one.

Naruto smiled slightly, you really could do anything with magic.

It was packed with people.

People were going in and out of the various shops, buying things from books to strange silver instruments to animals and many more.

"It's very busy at this time of year," Dippet said, continuing his walk with a certain destination in mind Naruto didn't know yet. How frustrating. "The new school year is starting tomorrow and many students and parents do their last minute shopping here in Diagon Alley."

"Ah.." Naruto was so busy looking around the place, he hadn't been looking where he was walking. Resulting in him bumping into someone.

Looking up at the person he had bumped into, he scowled at the boy who was obviously taller than him. He hated the fact that he was smaller than the average person.

"Tch. Look where you're going." The kid was very pompous. Probably from a very rich family. He had white blond hair and a very aristocratic face. Pale, pointed features which made the boy not an unpleasant sight. His stance speaks of confidence and arrogance.

How interesting.

Naruto raised an unimpressed eyebrow at the haughty tone the kid used. Probably trying to intimidate him.

Naruto smirked for a fraction of a second, before bowing slightly. After standing straight again he looked the boy directly in the eyes. He opened his mouth to say something when professor Dippet interrupted them, calling for Naruto to catch up.

Closing his mouth again, he walked right passed the boy, ignoring the indignant squawk as he still had not apologized to the high and mighty kid. Naruto snorted, he hated those types of people. Well.. he hated all types of people, no, more like he hated people in general.

After a couple more minutes of walking through the throngs of people, they finally arrived at their destination, or at least what Naruto thought was his destination.

Gringotts Wizarding Bank

"We're going to pick up some money from your account here," Dippet said, walking through the doors of the bank. "So you can buy your school supplies. I'll leave you to your own devices to do that, you have the list of supplies, right?"

"My account, professor?" Naruto instead asked a question of his own, instead of answering Dippet's.

"Ah, yes. Your father has an account here, and since you're his only living blood relative, the fault is yours." Dippet explained, walking up to one of the creatures who sat, scribbling at their desks.

The creatures all had big noses and pointy ears, and looked like someone just died.

How boring.

Dippet said something about his fault and wanting excess, the creature leant over his high desk and looked at Naruto.

"Blood please." It said, disinterestedly.

Naruto just shrugged and brought his thumb up to his mouth and bit down on it. A drop of blood came out before the wound healed itself within the next millisecond. Dippet was looking at him with a raised eyebrow, but Naruto couldn't care less what the man thought.

The creature held out a parchment where he let the drop of blood fall onto and watched as it disappeared into the paper. The creature nodded his head and motioned for Naruto to follow.

Dippet turned towards him and gave Naruto a piece of paper, "I'll be leaving you from here, this is the address where you'll reside tonight and the time and place from where the train leaves tomorrow."
Naruto took the offered paper and put it away for now.

Dippet eyed him for a second before nodding farewell and leaving through the doors they came from.

Turning back towards the creature who was waiting impatiently for him, Naruto took to following it towards some sort of cart.

"So, what are you exactly?" Naruto asked innocently, eyeing the creature before him.
"I'm a goblin," it scowled, starting the cart down the rail.
Naruto hummed, looking forward again.

After a couple of minutes they arrived before a thick iron door. Looking at it in slight curiousity, Naruto watched as the Goblin worked on getting it open.

"Blood,"

"Excuse me?"

"I need your blood to open the door." The goblin said impatiently.

Raising an eyebrow, Naruto once again bit his thumb and drew some blood before laying his thumb on a small panel.

Loud clicking sounds could be heard as the door slowly opened.

Stepping inside the spacious room, Naruto's eyes widened at what lay beyond.

Mountains of gold, and even what looked to be ancient artifacts. He walked further in the room, letting his eyes roam over the various things laying there.

It seems his father got pretty rich.

Suddenly something caught his eye, a ring. The metal looked to be black, with red stones in it. It wasn't a simple band, it was a fox circling round. He put it on his finger, feeling the warmth coming from it. Naruto raised an eyebrow at that. How strange.

He didn't stay long after that, he took a bag of gold, galleons they were called, and left the bank intent to shop some things.

After getting a couple of robes, the needed books (And a couple more which seemed interesting), ingredients which were apparently needed for 'potions', Naruto finally came to one of the last things on the list.

A wand.

Standing before Ollivanders, Naruto entered the very old looking building.

He wasn't the only one there.

A boy stood before the counter, his back turned to him.

As the brown-haired boy turned around,

Slate met Sapphire.

So, how was it?
I'm not really sure if this will become something, but we'll see I guess...

Anyways! Leave a review and tell me your oppinions.
