Author's note: This will be a story, for all the fans that like when authors have Bruce and Loki talking. In this they're going to have a heart to heart conversation. Most likely of how they both sometimes feel like monsters. This is just a short little one-shot I thought of. I don't own anything that is related to Marvel.
Dealing with the monster inside you-
It's been a couple months since Loki became an Avenger, so he can have some redemption. It was awkward at first but the team got used to him eventually.
They all knew about Loki's frost giant heritage. They also knew how he despised that part of himself, thinking that he's a monster.
Right now Loki and Bruce were in the living room area together. Bruce was watching T.V. and Loki was reading a book.
It was quiet for a little while except for the sound of the television. Out of the blue Loki asks, "What's it like when you feel like a monster?"
Bruce looked from the T.V. to him,
"I'll be honest with you; it feels scary especially when you realize that the monster part of yourself was there the whole time waiting to come out. For me, I feel that the Hulk has always been there, he just never came out until my encounter with all that Gamma Radiation. There also comes a time when you accept the 'monster' within because it's a part of you."
Bruce pauses then looks at Loki who looks at him with interest, "Is that what you wanted to hear Loki?"
It takes a couple of minutes and then Loki smiles a true happy smile, "Yes it was what I need to hear…..thank you Doctor."
Bruce smiles, "You're welcome Loki, and please just call me Bruce."
Loki looks at him, "Alright….Bruce."
Loki then gets up off the couch smiling and leaves the room to go and do something else in his room. Bruce stays there smiling because of his clear conscious after talking about his feelings revolving around Hulk with someone and getting it off his chest.
The End
Author's note: How was that? Was it a bad ending? Tell me your thoughts in your reviews, please R&R.
