Okay this is a random one shot that I came up with while watching HSM. I am sorry if it is rubbish. There are no perrings in this thing at all.

Disclamer: I own nothing but my ideas.

Jason was always known as the stupid one out of the team. He was skilled in defense but never any good at shooting but he could always get the ball and pass it to Troy or even Chad, but could never shoot himself. He never acted as if he was really smart or even the lease bit clever, that was his secret. He had never told anyone about it, he had always kept his grades a secret from the rest of the team. He had always passed with A's in everything but he downplayed them to D/C's for the rest of the team, because they never got above a B.

He was doing his homework in the homeroom for lack of a better quite place to do it at school without using the broom closet which he thought might be occupied by someone, it always was. Jason never knew that she entered the room, he was too busy working out a math problem.

"Jason"

"Huh...what are you doing here Gabi?" he inquired slightly startled at the sudden appearance of the brainaic

"I was just looking for Troy...have you seen him Jay?"

"No sorry...I was just doing my homework here then we have some practice so you might be able to see him there. But other then that i Haven't seen him"

"Okay well thanks Jay"

"No problem Gabi" he turned back from Gabi and turned to the math work infrount of him "So what if that is that then what is that..." He paused thinking and didn't relise that Gabi was still in the room "Ah ha...so if that is 16 the Pi must be 16 as well, the minus that number times it by that and divide by 26 and there." He looked up with a smile plastered on his face that he had finally got the question...and he knew it was right. His face fell as he looked up to see Gabi still standing there with a puzzled look on her face.

"Did you just work out the entire math problem in less then a minute?"

"Yes" Jay blushed and looked scared for a moment "Look Gabi please dont tell anyone that I just did that or do that, this isn't the only time."

"What... what are your grades Jay...and how come you are so smart i thought that you where well...not no offense intended"

"They are all A's and they always have been and I want people to think that I am not bright because, if they did then maybe they wouldn't treat me right and then maybe they wouldn't Let me play basket ball"

"I know what you mean...and dont worry I wont tell anyone anything."

"Thank you Gabi i appreciate it"

"No problem Jay" she gave him a quick smile and left the room

He smiled to himself and continued with the math that he was currently attempting to not finish it within a couple of minutes. He had never told anyone his secret and he never would, at least not till collage comes round.

But now it felt different now it felt like he had someone to share the burden that he felt by himself with being so smart and not telling the people that he trusted. His team. And he hopefully wouldn't have to tell them for a while because he never knew how to put it whenever he tried to tell them, but now he had help and support when the time came for him to tell the team.
