Rise of an Irken Invader
This is from a freaky Invader Zim dream I had once. Invader Zim belongs to Jhonen Vasques. I hope I spelled his name right. If I didn't then you probably shouldn't read this story. It'll bore you to tears.
Heeran started life as any Irken drone would, but she was unlike any drone the Tallest had ever seen. Throughout her training to become an invader Heeran was more interested in watching the Irken Longtail Cleaver-Cats at play than training. Occasionally she would even skip training to observe the Cats up close.
Whenever there was a test, Heeran was always the first to arrive and passed all her tests without disappointment. She was the top of her troop and was the most crafty. However, she was constantly teased by the other drones because she looked different. She had a long face, long black hair, small, reptilian eyes, odd feathery wings, pointed ears, and legs like a horse's. Heeran was never ashamed of how she looked and she ignored all the insults. She never did talk much, but she grew to become a powerful Invader. However, Heeran's success never would've been as fast without a Cleaver-Cat named Leesha.
When Heeran first met Leesha the Cat was a screaming mess of blood and fur. Heeran took the beast in and reconstructed her body using robotic discard parts from reject SIR Units. Heeran took to spending Assignment time training with Leesha, teaching the Cat to hunt and fight, and giving her a second chance. The two enjoyed playing together and training other young drones. The Tallest realized this and assigned Heeran and Leesha to invade several planets over the course of three months. The two even aided in the war between the Irken Empire and the Molians merely by capturing the Molian leader.
In 16 years Heeran and Leesha had conquered over 7000 planets. At the beginning of Operation Impending Doom Heeran was assigned the rank of Invader-Elite Commander. Although the Operation failed, Leesha inspired the Tallest to form Operation Impending Doom 2.
In 25 years Operation Impending Doom 2 succeeded. When only Earth was left in the galaxy, Heeran and Leesha led the Armada to overrun the planet. The Tallest were so impressed by this that, after years of planning, they announced Heeran to be the new Tallest and Leesha to be SIR Unit Commander. The two led the Irkens to conquer many other galaxies. Who knows? Maybe Heeran and Leesha actually permitted Zim to rejoin the Armada. It's possible.
Sorry if that was really boring, but I had to get it out of my head! I never even knew Invader Zim could rub off on me like that! I don't know what came over me, but I think this sounds more like a report or documentary or something like that than a story, wouldn't you agree people?
