A/N: So this is my first Vampire Knight Story, but I think it is going to be awesome. And I got the idea on my way home from the Dark Knight midnight show, so it should be good. D Enjoy. )
If Everything Went According to Plan
Chapter 1 – The Plan
Kuran Kaname was pacing within his room, remembering the event of 10 years ago, when his mother concealed his fiancée Yuuki. He knew the time was vastly approaching for when he was to release her from that curse, and so they can be true lovers once again. He missed his true fiancée even though he only knew the child version of her. Kaname was certain that when her inner vampire was released, his life would finally be complete. After countless minutes of pacing, Kaname decided to head over to the chairman's office.
"Chairman Cross." Kaname stated to get his attention.
"Ah, President Kuran, how may I be of service?" The Chairman inquired.
"I'm here to talk to you about my fiancée." Kaname glanced at the Chairman.
"Oh, but Yuuki is my sweet daughter." Chairman Cross lowered his eyes.
"You know who she truly is, it's time to allow her to be whole again." Kaname stepped towards the door, and turned his head slightly. "Thank you for your care toward my lover." And with that Kaname left the chairman in his office, in which he sat down at his desk, putting his head in his hands.

Cross Yuuki was in an unfamiliar room, and her close friend Kiryuu Zero just left, leaving her to remember what he said. Yuuki was sitting on the floor with her back against the door; she didn't want to be disturbed.
'The one that Yuuki needs is Kaname Kuran. It has been like that all along.' Kept racing through Yuuki's head. She didn't know what Zero meant by that, so in an attempt to forget those words Yuuki began to think about her past and what she couldn't remember. Upon opening her eyes, the room was covered with blood, as was Yuuki.
'Why are these things happening to me? I just want to know who I am.' Yuuki thought to herself. She then began to silently weep to herself, after about 5 minutes she was feeling a little better, but was still on the floor. Yuuki looked up to see Kaname in the room with her, apparently coming in through the window, and next thing she knew, Kaname had his arms around her, comforting her.
"I've been wondering ever since before, why do you always look sad whenever you're with me?" And with that, Kaname took Yuuki into a princess hold and headed out of the window with her, briefly being interrupted by Zero.
"What are you really going to do with Yuuki?" Zero asked. Kaname leapt out of the window, leaving Zero by himself.
Yuuki then noticed the red snowflakes, reminding her of that night 10 years past. She looked around to see that Kaname still held her but they were sitting on the edge of the building, overlooking the campus.
No matter how hard Yuuki tried, she could not remember anything from her previous life, and was beginning to get confused with all of the weird feelings in her head. Yuuki looked at Kaname, and that was when he decided to release her from the curse. After the short ritual, Yuuki remembered everything, including all of Kaname's promises that he kept. Kaname did in fact get her the rose in resin, and continued to protect her.
