I saw her again, she was broken, and my awesome heart could not handle seeing her do this to herself. I want to know why she does this to herself, why is it that I catch her with her arms out, a razorblade in the other hand, scars and blood covering her wrist, her eyes empty.
Gilbert sighed and walked towards the broken girl and kneeling down in front of her.
"Lovina … why are you doing this ..? What's making you this miserable?" Gilbert asked in a soft tone.
Lovina was snapped out of her thoughts and started to sob, the razorblade completely forgotten on the ground.
Gilbert was surprised when Lovina leaned into him she gripped his shirt and buried her face into his chest not letting go of him as she began to sob even more.
He smiled sadly and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her closer to him.
Lovina held onto Gilbert sobbing harder than the last. Gilbert decided to ask Lovina what had happened...
"What made you like this Lovi ?" he asked, Lovina gripped his shirt pulling him closer. She muttered into his shirt making it hard to understand her, so he pulled away slightly to look at her directly. Her face was wet from all the sobbing. He frowned.
"Lovi… can you please repeat that?" Gilbert asked softly.
Lovina looked at him and her lip slightly quivered, she took a deep breath began explaining;
"A-Antonio… he… left me for someone else… he told me that he didn't need me anymore… that I was only a waste of his time… he said he could never love me." Lovina said her voice was sullen and Gilbert felt a spark of rage within him.
Gilbert was speechless, 'How could Antonio do something like this?' he thought to himself.
Lovina despite the constant cursing and violence was a very fragile person, and Antonio completely broke Lovinas' heart to shreds. Gilbert pulled Lovina into a hug.
"Antonio… he's a very un-awesomely stupid person for doing what he did to you…" Gilbert said, still holding her.
"Just forget about Antonio completely, Lovina" Gilbert whispered.
Lovina nodded her head in agreement, clinging to Gilbert.
Gilbert ruffled her hair a bit and Lovina gave a tiny shy smile with a deep blush on her face.
Gilbert softly grabbed Lovinas' arm and inspected the wounds, then he kissed each one tenderly, he looked back at Lovina and was met with a very crimson Italian. He smiled at her and kissed her cheek.
"I promise you Lovina, I will help you forget Antonio and every bad thing that's ever happened to you, You're an awesome person to me, Ich Liebe Dich, Lovina Vargas"
