A SeeD Adventure
Tyler walked casually down the hallway, knowing what awaited him at the end of it, yet he was nervous. This would be the first time ever that he got in trouble at school. Just recently becoming a SeeD and his brother dying on the same day, caused him to sneak out of garden after curfew to see where his brother, Squall, was slain. Tyler thought that he would be stripped of his SeeD status, but what awaited him, would turn out to be far, far worse.
Tyler knocked on Headmaster Cid's door, It opened as Cid beckoned for him to come in.
Tyler: You wanted to see me sir?
Cid: Yes, your instructor, Quistis, informed me that you were out past curfew last night…is this correct?
Tyler: Yes sir, I was visiting the fire cavern
Cid: Regardless, you know that SeeD are supposed to set the standard for the other students to follow.
Tyler: Yes sir
Cid: Normally, I would strip you of your SeeD status, but seeing that you are our only Gunblade specialist, I will instead send you on a mission in Timber, where you and two others will work for the forest owls.
Tyler: Won't people complain that I am not being punished?
Cid: We will just say that you are being suspended, and that you will return from suspension shortly.
Tyler: And the others?
Cid: That is up to you.
Tyler: When do I depart?
Cid: 24 hours, you are free until then, gather your party and meet at the front gate at 1200 tomorrow.
Tyler: Yes Sir!
Tyler left Cid's office and went back to his dorm, he was looking for his roommate and combat buddy, Nate. Tyler found a note on the door saying: (Went to Balamb for supplies, be back soon) Tyler decided to go to the training center to find a strong ally. When he got there, he immediately saw Selphie, one of his classmates, busy fighting a T-Rexaur.
Selphie: A little help over here?
A Battle Ensues:
Tyler runs into the battle and casts a sleep attack which makes the big dino fall asleep. Selphie starts to shuffle through her limit break looking for something, Tyler summons one of his GFs…Leviathan, who swoops up and starts unleashing a typhoon on the T-Rexuar, damaging it severly. Selphie then casts her limit break "TheEnd" on the dino, who succumbs to the reaper, and Selphie stands there exausted, Tyler can not believe what he just saw.
Selphie: How can I ever repay you?
Tyler: Well I am going on a mission in Timber tommorow, do you wanna come?
Selphie: Sure!
The two walk out of the training center, and meet up with Nate. Who is just getting back
Tyler: Hey Nate. You up for a little battles?
Nate: where at?
Selphie: Timber
Nate: Sure, Tyler, when do we leave?
Tyler: Tommorow at noon, get some rest
Selphie walks off and nate then goes to Tyler
Tyler: What is it?
Nate: You know I have the hots for her, why do you torture me so?
Tyler: Just ask her out!
Nate: Maybe…
The two go back to their dorm room and decide to get a rest…not knowing what will happen tommorow, but knowing that it cant be good
