"That's it! We're done!" He walked out of her house. Slamming the door, causing her to flinch. He did not say that, he did not just say that they were over. For good. She wrapped her arms around her bare shoulders and blinked back several tears.

Just three hours ago she was kissing him and laughing with him. Now he was gone. What did she do wrong? Oh, but she knew exactly what she did wrong. She admitted her love to Tommy silently. He had known about the kiss on her sixteenth, about the kiss after her album, but he didn't find out about the kiss on her 18th. The kiss that changed her feelings towards him, the feelings that tore apart their relationship.

Cold night. Jude grabbed a hooded sweater from her closet and walked out the door. Rain fell onto her covered head. She pulled the flaps of the sweatshirt around her and walked over to her car. Climbing in she turned on the ignition, backed out of the driveway and drove the three miles to Tommy's house.

She knocked on the door. Dancing on her feet, looking around carefully. Nobody behind her. But she felt someone on her shoulder. Her little devil, he told her how stupid she was, she was a slut, she had feelings for someone 5 years old than herself. "Shut up" She whispered, when her devil continued to cry she put her hands on her knees and began to scream, falling to her knees.

The door was thrown open and Tommy, in just sweatpants appeared before her. He looked down to see a shaking Jude kneeling on his stoop. "Oh no." He whispered, kneeling beside her. He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and another under her bent knees, lifting her into his arms.

He carried her into the house, kicking the door shut. He carried her upstairs and laid her on the guest bed. She curled into a ball. The poor girl, he thought. He laid an afghan over her shivering shoulders and kissed her temple, kneeling beside the bed, grabbing her hand and looking into her eyes he sighed, "What happened to you girl?"

Jude shuddered, sobs wracking her body. After several minutes she finally spoke, "Jamie…he…he found out."
