The sky was inky, outlined by the frost-coated branches of the pinetrees hovering above the two. Beyond those silver treetops, glistening colours were exploding with large bangs, blooming out in the night sky of New Year's Eve, momentarily illuminating the entire landscape with their colours.

Each and every time, they were reflected by the ocean blue mirrors of her eyes, who were shining brighter than any of those. She was astonished by such beauty, just like he was, by hers. They would both clearly remember the deafening bangs, to the small sizzling noise of the rockets, as they launched upwards into the star-dotted sky before, just like all of their predecessors, exploding into a million of c vibrant olours.

Just like... Just like blooming flowers.

Just a few minutes ago, the cracking and booming of the spectacular fireworks was nigh deafening outside of my window, and I felt the sudden urge to write what you are just reading.

Now, this was a very vague story (so I'm not all too happy about it...), but I decided to post it below my favourite; Pokémon, if anyone minds, please speak up.

2014 is long in the past by the time you are reading this, I would reckon, and so it shall be.

Cheers to a Merry Old Year and a Happy Future.
